This shuttle service needs to get trained in customer service. They had me waiting in the cold on Thanksgiving weekend at the airport for 45 minutes. No one came despite me calling. We then had to pay for a Uber. Who showed up 10 minutes after calling. Their vehicle are old, loud and outdated. Need better quality bus.
Posted by Princess Stewart on 30 December 19 on GoogleSo sad it's going away. I really liked their service. They were friendly and efficient.
Posted by Margaret Myers on 18 December 19 on GoogleThe driver, Ernest, did a great job navigating through extremely heavy traffic. Then later that evening he made a special trip back to my house to return an important book that I had absent-mindedly left in the van.
Posted by William McCrady on 30 November 19 on GoogleGreat service. Am glad to share the ride with others. Also the drivers are more experienced then some App Based Ride Share service.
Posted by James Roberts on 20 November 19 on GoogleThis is the fourth time I have used them to pick my mother up and take her to the airport to and from no issue. When she arrive back they were waiting for her my mother is 85 she enjoy her trip thanks super shuttle for being very professional.
Posted by Dwight Cook on 20 November 19 on GoogleDriver was professional, courteous and accommodated a slight time change that I had to make at the last minute. The driver drove safely and I arrived at Dulles airport with plenty of time to spare.
Posted by Renay Robinson on 03 November 19 on GoogleDriver was so kind and considerate. Wish I'd known about SuperShuttle on my way into DC. I'll definitely use them next time I'm in town and have already recommended them to friends.
Posted by Tifvision . on 23 October 19 on GoogleWas told it would be 1 hour to the airport, the driver stopped at other places along the way taking over 2 hours and cost me my flight. Cost me hundreds of dollars for another flight and hotel. Will NOT be using again. Would not recommend if you want a dependable ride....
Posted by Josh Myers on 15 October 19 on GoogleExcellent timely service. Easy to find at the airport could not have gone more smoothly! Highly recommended!!
Posted by keith koehler on 15 October 19 on GoogleSuper Shuttle is the way to go if you are a first time traveler to Washington DC. They notified me the day before and reminded me of the upcoming service, phone number, and very clear instructions on where to go and how to fine the super shuttle. One of the cheapest and easiest ways to get to your hotel.
Posted by Kathleen Belter on 13 October 19 on GoogleLate Sunday evening arrival, no counter service, no card at counter as to where to go, what to do, ............ finally found dispatcher, he managed to put two shuttles to work, we headed home without further ado. It all worked to our satisfaction. Good work to Super Shuttle people!!!!
Posted by Ronald Skorepa on 04 October 19 on GoogleThis was the first time I have ever been to Washington DC and nervous about getting from the airport to the hotel. Super Shuttle was waiting for me. The app is so easy. They messaged me on my phone before the flight landed and gave me directions exactly where to go. They were on time. Easy to find. Even had a picture of the driver and van number and location. I highly recommend Super Shuttle.
Posted by Kathy B on 01 October 19 on GoogleEasy to book. Pick up times were on time. Ability to see driver location from text message link was an unexpected plus. Will use again in travel.

Posted by Ming-Chen Yu on 12 September 19 on GoogleThe staff and drives of Super Shuttle are truly professional. The vehicles owned and operated by Super Shuttle are very clean and maintained to a high state of readiness. I am very pleased with the service provided to me by Super Shuttle and its employee's.
Posted by Ray Noble on 01 September 19 on GoogleSuper shuttle is a very convenient transport to and fro the airport. My driver Daniel was very pleasant, courteous, and informative about the DMV area. Thanks Daniel for my safe arrival.
Posted by Diahann Green on 26 August 19 on GoogleMy group was off the beaten path. The driver called to confirm location. The SuperShuttle web site was very user friendly.
Posted by Beverly Rogers on 25 August 19 on GoogleOur drivers were excellent, vehicles clean, we got where we needed to be in perfect time. They were recommended by AAA and we would certainly agree.
Posted by Audrey McKanna on 07 August 19 on GoogleThe app allows you to check in the minute you get off the plane. The app process took much less time waiting at the curb to find out which van and when they would be there. Similar to Uber, you can see the van as it approaches your location. Highly recommend using the App instead of online registration and check-in.
Posted by Chip Lohman on 28 July 19 on GoogleI suggest you use the mobile app. Very easy and convenient. The shuttle came to pick us up within a few mins of leaving our international gate/baggage claim.

Posted by Christina Morgan on 09 July 19 on GoogleI am satisfied with the service SuperShuttle provided to me to and from the airport. The app is marvelous... guiding me all the way through and providing live chat with the driver. Thanks SuperShuttle!!!
Posted by Marethabile Hlaahla on 01 July 19 on GoogleSuper Shuttle really is the best way to get to and from the airport. The mobile website allows you to see your driver on the way to your pickup location, without having to download the app. Make sure to leave plenty of time for your travel to accommodate for city traffic and weather changes.
Posted by Jonathan Blackwell on 28 May 19 on GoogleI've been using this service for well over 20 years. I have tried other ride services but continue to come back to SuperShuttle because they come within the window they have agreed to, they get me to the airport timely, they generally have clean vans, the drivers for the most part or very good, and the cost is reasonable for a ride share service. I have recommended them to others and have also tried out other services, but I keep coming back. I also like that fact that as a frequent flyer I also get some additional points because I use this service over others.
Posted by Keith Kearney on 26 May 19 on GoogleMakes the stress of travel less painful. Great ap helps keep you informed of driver's location. Good service, great prices, and reliable!
Posted by joanne jones on 12 May 19 on GoogleThe text instructions were accurate and easy. The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful, gracious and efficient. The driver was also helpful. It was raining and my destination was not well lit at 11 p.m. The driver was very good.
Posted by Kathleen Dickinson on 26 April 19 on GoogleBaixe o aplicativo antes da viagem. Ao chegar entre no aplicativo ele te dará as instruções para pegar as bagagens e onde você terá acesso a van. Faça o check-in assim que pegar as malas assim você ganhará tempo, pois a van será acionada e você saberá o número. Seguindo as instruções você chegará ao ponto onde pegará a van. Nossa viagem foi tranquila e como fomos os últimos foi demorada mas como é compartilhada é um risco que sabíamos que teríamos. Faremos isso sempre que possível.
Posted by Alexandre Circenis on 20 September 18 on GooglePicked up bang on time by a very helpful driver who took us quickly and safely to the airport. Far cheaper than a cab but got us there in the same time. Very useful app which shows you in advance who your driver is and where they are when you are waiting to be picked up. Would use again without hesitation.
Posted by tim coxon on 15 September 18 on GoogleThis is the second time that I have used this service and i'm very satisfied with the over all service. I would say give them a try. While other services are available this has met my needs and addressed my concerns very well.

Posted by jacqueline slattery on 01 September 18 on GoogleDriver 1 hr late to picking us up to return to airport. The excuse was that there was traffic. One would think that a shuttle servicing the airport would be able to anticipate traffic in DC.
Posted by Bryan Hayek on 31 August 18 on GoogleWe waited 55 minutes in the DCA airport after having previously booked a shuttle days in advance. The young girl at door 3 handed me a card and said to call her supervisor and walked away. HORRible service. Now I’m on hold with them trying to cancel and get a refund of my reservations and can’t get a hold of a live person. Will Never use again. I don’t even give them 1 star
Posted by Ginger Lichlyter on 28 August 18 on GoogleThey were two hours late to pick us up. We had to call them at which point they told us we had not been assigned a shuttle yet despite already checking in and getting a confirmation text. When the driver finally called us to ask where we where, he asked to drop us off half way there and have someone else pick us up and take us the rest of the way. When I said no, he hang up on me. Then he picked us and another person up, despite us requesting a private shuttle. My father told him we paid for private and the driver just brushed him off and the woman told him she was going to a different hotel. Half way there he realized she was not with us and proceded to yell at us and blame me because I was “talking to her” which apparently meant we must be together. All in all, it was an awful experince and we will never use this company again.
Posted by Sarah M on 10 August 18 on GoogleWorst service and shuttle I experienced. First, I paid for a private van for my family, however, I received a call from the representative asking if he can have someone with us in the van, I politely said "No", I paid for a private van and that's what I should get. However, I was surprised to see he picked up a passenger. Anyway, I did not really talk about it. But, the reason I am posting a review here (I wish Google would allow me to have 0 starts instead of 1) is that after a couple of days, Supershuttle charged my card for no reason and without my authorization. So basically, you think our cards are ok to mess with? I already talked with a representative and he doesn't seem to care. As a conclusion, your customer service is bad, the drivers are rude, and you basically you charged my credit card without my authorization and for no service provided (I already paid the private van service separately). You really shock me!! Won't be using this service anymore!!
Posted by Dany Ghorayeb on 26 June 18 on GoogleThis is a horrible service. My driver arrived 30 minutes late. Two of us missed our flights due to late pickup. I was put on standby and did not get next flight. I had to book a later flight that is getting me in 6 hours after my original flight which made me have to book another flight to make grandsons birthday for 300.00. I would rate this service no stars. When you file a complaint they have 5 to 7 business days to get back to you. I would recommend taking Lyft or uber over this horrible service.
Posted by Ken Murrell on 22 June 18 on Google$76 for a $35 Uber ride. First of all the pick up location wasn’t clear. Had to drag my suitcases down half the airport to find it. The app quickly displayed pick up location, but I was unable to find it after I checked in. Also the customer service was terrible. I was trying to talk to the driver and he said “I have 3 other people to pick up and drop off before you. I’ll get your address after I drop them off.” Don’t book with these guys.
Posted by Kelly Miller on 20 June 18 on GoogleWould give a zero if I could. Super shuttle at Reagan in DC is a disgrace and should be shut down. We arrive to find 3 women who work for SS who were chatting it up, laughing and clearly riding a time clock. They were rude unprofessional and told us to go wait around the corner (not at the SS designated spot) and they would come get us when our shuttle arrived. I assume so they could continue clowning around and we would be out of earshot. We had already checked in on our phone when plane landed to let SS know we were there. 30 minutes later one of the women looked as though she was trying to flag down a SS van that was driving by, he stopped and she spoke with him and then he left. Without us.. 10 minutes later a van pulls up and some other people who were there waiting when we arrived got up and began trying to load the van. 50 feet away I could tell that there was an issue, looked as though the driver was explaining to them that they were not the intended passengers to be picked up. At this point I am realizing we most likely checked in before them on our phone when we landed and this van is probably meant for us. However we did not say anything. 30 minutes later (it’s now been a hour outside in the heat standing on a curb waiting for a shuttle we paid $150.00 to ride for the 6 people in our group) we are still waiting. At this point my sister asks what is taking so long and we are told that the shuttle that picked up the group before us was actually our shuttle and they let the other group get on it. By now the two younger females have left and a female “manager” is left. She says she has no way of knowing when someone will be by to pick us up and we can cancel (she seemed more interested in us cancelling than finding us a ride). I called SS two times and was sent to “dispatch” only to be hung up on once and the second time put on hold for over 10 minutes without anyone answering my call. We ask her yet again when our ride is coming and she tells us it will be another two hours or so (after we have now waited for over an hour and a half) we then cancel and got Uber for 48.00 and picked up 6 minutes after we scheduled Uber. My Mother called and then canceled the pick up with SS from our hotel scheduled for four days later as we now planned on using Uber. The night before we left SS called to confirm the reservation she had already canceled and then cancelled it again. Lo and behold the next morning a SS van full of people is outside waiting on us (didn’t even have enough seats for all of us mind you). We again told them for a third time we canceled the reservation. Now we must wait 5-10 days for this supposed company to decide to give us our $150.00 back. We wasted a whole afternoon that we were meant to be sightseeing on SS. Whatever you do DO NOT book Super Shuttle. You would be better off walking to your destination with four bags on your back than dealing with this company.
Posted by Shelby Allen on 19 June 18 on GoogleReally disappointed by the customer service of corporate SuperShuttle. The driver on the way out was very friendly, was early, and was able to get me to the airport. The issue I had was a technology issue related to the website which got my return date incorrect. I specifically recall entering the 26 May 2018 and a 4:00pm pick up time from IAD. However, the system indicated that I wanted to be dropped off at IAD on the 18th of May at 06:00am, and picked up at 4:00pm on the 18th of May 2018, for a international flight to Singapore. I hadn't even landed in Tokyo at this point. When I returned to IAD, all of the customer service reps could say is that the couldnt find my reservation. I contacted the customer service agent via the hotline in my receipt, and was told there was nothing they could do for me. Had to take a lyft home, and now trying to work with Supershuttle to get a refund. What a hassle!
Posted by Brian Anderson on 31 May 18 on GoogleIf I could give this company 0 stars that would be more appropriate. We booked from our hotel to the airport in advance and approximately 15 min after the scheduled pick-up time the driver called to inform us that he wasn’t coming and he wasn’t sure why we were even added to his list as he was no where in the area. When we tried to call to have it sorted we were just told to go online and make a complaint. Nearly missed lost thousands of dollars by missing our international flights. SuperShuttle is the least professional service I have ever encountered. Do not use!!!
Posted by natasha weinstein on 13 May 18 on GoogleMy driver was very polite and informed. We got a little tour guide information as past by important buildings and/or scenery.
Posted by charlene roberts on 29 April 18 on GoogleSuper shuttle was super great as always. After long 15hr trip from China, it was wonderful to ride in my "blue box " home.
Posted by Joyce Jackson on 27 April 18 on GoogleWe used them twice once in Washington DC in March 2018 and again in Miami FL. Both times we got excellent service and great driver's. I love the application that you can use and actually see a real time mapping of your van or car approaching you. I would definitely recommend them. Prices are very reasonable also.
Posted by Karen Rohrman on 26 April 18 on GoogleMy wife lost her phone on a shuttle. I was able to confirm with the driver that he has the phone in his possession. No one is making any attempt to return the phone! I feel like they have stolen it. I've called 5 different numbers and all i get is the call center or a voicemail box. DONT LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND!
Posted by Alex H on 21 February 18 on GoogleI was reluctant to book SuperShuttle after seeing all of the negative reviews, but the cheaper price and prospect of a vanpool made me go for it. I was able to track my driver online and he was right on time. The 2nd passenger was not ready to go when we arrived, which appeared not to be the fault of the service. No issues getting to the airport in time.
Posted by Jeff Angell on 11 January 18 on GoogleAbsolutely terrible experience. They had no vans at IAD even though I booked ahead and provided my flight details. Arrived 11:45pm, ended up at hotel at 3am as the route taken was ridiculous and out of the way (Glen Echo to North Bathesda, back down past Glen Echo to Georgetown then finally to our hotel). 7/10 of the people on the bus were in the DC area, not sure why they serviced the suburbs first when it was so out of the way. NYC was a wait but we gave them another go. Have cancelled our return booking and will never use again.
Posted by Jenni Khaikilevitch on 04 January 18 on GoogleGiles P needs to be disciplined immediately. We booked a 4:40-4:55 pickup window for our 6:30 am flt from DCA. He did not show up until 5:03, and still had 2 other pickups after us. While we arrived to the airport at 5:40, we did not get to our drop off until 5:53, well after the 45 min checked bag window for our flight had closed. We are currently flying standby...on DEC 23!! To top it all off, he was EXTREMELY rude to us when we confronted him. Frankly, Super Shuttle owes us some reparations for this absolutely unnecessary inconvenience to our already stressful holiday travels.
Posted by Russ Jowell on 23 December 17 on GoogleRun like the wind away from SuperShuttle. We had to search for the shuttle because the text message that they sent us, gave instructions to do out the wrong door at Dulles. We walked along the terminal in the rain for 10 minutes, looking for where the Shuttle was parked. We had to load the luggage ourselves because the driver did not get out of the van. We sat waiting for the driver to start driving, because he decided to make a phone call – TO HIS BOSS TO COMPLAIN THAT HE WASN’T GETTING GOOD ROUTES. When my wife asked him to drive he shushed her and said, "I'm talking." A supervisor came over to the van and told us we should just be patient. We found alternate transportation because SuperShuttle refused to drive us. I’m now fighting to have the credit card charge (paid in advance) removed. Below is the shuttle as we walked away. The driver should be fired.
Posted by Thomas Bove on 12 November 17 on GoogleWorst experience ever. Do not book. My pick up time was between 4.45 and 5.00 at the Hi Washington DC Hostel. When I woke up early in the morning the office of the hostel told me the driver came already at around 4.30, tried to call me (I was not prepaired for 4.30 but for 4.45) and then left the pick up point without waiting for me or asking for me. I was ready with my luggage at 4.49 and no super shuttle was there. The driver had to pick me up and wait for me at least till 5.00. I called the driver and he said he won't come back. So I had to call a Taxi and paid 75 Dollar.
Posted by Andreas Huber on 12 November 17 on GoogleDO NOT USE AND I MEAN DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. HORRENDOUS AT BEST, TRUST ME, THATS BEING NICE. I LEFT MY BAG IN A SHUTTLE. I TRIED CALLING THE NUMBER THEY HAVE LISTED, IT DOESNT WORK. SO I CALL THE 800 NUMBER, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST AS BAD AS THE SERVICE. THEY STOLE MY BAG AND ACTING LIKE THEY DONT KNOW. THEY WILL BE GETTING SOME PAPERWORK. THIEVES!!!
Posted by Christopher Gray on 09 November 17 on GoogleDriver was 45 minutes late, customer service kept insisting that I was going to make my flight. Luckily, one good agent gave me a refund but I’m going to miss the funeral of a close friend because of this company’s lack of planning. Never ever use them.
Posted by Abigail Winter on 03 November 17 on GoogleTerrible experience. I booked the shuttle for my trip to the airport and to be picked up. My driver was 40 min late for pickup to get to my flight. I was hoping for a better experience for my trip back and was disappointed. After waiting 40 minutes and still not getting assigned a driver I gave up and got an Uber. Called to get my money back and there is no one to talk to on the phone for a refund. You have to go online for refund complaints. This is very irritating to me but probably because after reading other reviews everyone wants a refund since it's an incompetent company. I will never use this company again and do not suggest to anyone. It will only cause more stress to your travel experience.
Posted by Kristen Nieuwsma on 31 October 17 on GoogleWe had a very bad experience with this shuttle service. We needed to transfer airports to catch a flight and only had 3 hours to do so. They made us wait 30 minutes before they told us to go in a car. Then, we had to wait another 20 minutes because our driver seemed confused on where he needed to go. The driver made us pay in the car before he starting getting into an argument with the other drivers. He then told us to get out of the car and he left. The people who worked there could not find a solution and could not refund us the 39$ we had paid. We ended up having to go with another shared van service.
Posted by marie-michelle dubois on 14 August 17 on GoogleDriver was early for the trip to the airport, but was constantly speeding and seemed to be in a bad mood about something.... Coming back from the airport... another story... the uniformed staff member was slouching in a wheelchair, chatting with another employee... after waiting for 30 minutes, I asked again when I should expect a van to arrive. With a very unprofessional response she told me they must be very busy and she couldn't tell me how long. Bearing in mind that I had booked it 2 weeks prior... I finally called the main number and the operator apologizes, but said it would be another 30 minutes.... I said cancel and refund me, she agreed and I contacted an Uber driver. 5 minutes later I was on my way home. Moral to the story; choose Uber over Super Shuttle, cheaper, faster and more professional.
Posted by Michael James on 11 August 17 on Google1. My e-mail stated that my ride will be ready at 2:45pm. This was not the case as me and my son stood waiting. 2. As the driver pulled up and loaded me and my sons luggage, we began to get on van 1029. The driver and myself received notification that my ride was switched to van 992. 3. The driver from 1029 unloaded our things and we went to 992. Again, when we get to 992 the driver and myself receive notification that I am being switched back to 1029. 4. We go to 1029 load our luggage AGAIN and then we received another notification that we are being switched to 992. At this point I am disgusted at how this PAID service was handled. 5. Me and my son get on 992, And we are just sitting there, van driver not driving. At this point it is already past 3:10pm, my e-mail stated the ride would be ready at 2:45pm and me and my son had to switch vans back and forth several times and was not given an explanation as to why! 6. The driver decides to pull off after waiting another 5 minutes! After 60 seconds of driving he pulls over. It seems that whoever from communications did not send him the "job" for my ride. After being pulled over for approx 10 minutes I am beyond pissed. The driver then decides to pull off. 7. The driver was extremely rude. When we arrived at my home, he opened my door and I said thank you. No response from him. He took out my luggage and I said thank you. No response again from him. He took out my sons luggage and I said thank you and again no response from him. He then slams the back door and get in his van and drive off. I am amazed that you employee people like this. I will never use Super Shuttle again!
Posted by poopsie smith on 08 August 17 on GoogleSpent 45 minutes waiting for our driver to come by, have a cigarette, chat with his mates before he loaded our luggage in the van. We got into the van and if I had to rate the cleanliness of it out of 10 (a 1 being utterly unacceptable) it wouldn't even be a solid 2. The 'drivers' driving was appalling, he was weaving in and out of traffic, not indicating, breaking suddenly. Felt totally unsafe. I was running google maps to see how close we were to our destination, we were usually within a 10 minute radius of our hotel- great right? WRONG. We then drove way out to Regan airport to go drop off some other passangers. As soon as we got witching 10 minutes of our destination, I got out, told my companions to get out and for the driver to get our luggage as we had been on the shuttle for over two hours. We caught an uber. It's safe to say we will never be using this service again. Beyond inconvenient, uncomfortable and unsafe. Worst experience ever.
Posted by Monika Frkovic on 01 August 17 on GoogleDoesn't even deserve one star. When I book a shuttle to collect me at 9.30pm from Dulles airport, I expect to be dropped off at my hotel on Capitol Hill between 10pm and 10.30pm depending on how many I'm sharing with and the root taken. I don't expect to arrive at the hotel 2 hours later at 11.30pm - 35 minute at the airport waiting for the van to show, followed by another 40 mins waiting for other customers to show, then a crazy scary high speed journey. Also had the printed voucher tossed back at me along with several phrases beginning with 'F' when I refused to give a tip
Posted by Paul Stankevitch on 01 August 17 on GoogleI would not recommend anyone use super shuttle, they so-called business does not honor contracts, extremely unprofessional and poor customer service. My daughter traveled to DC to take the bar exam. Super shuttle was great picking her up for the airport, however the day she prepaid to be taken back to the Baltimore airport from D.C. She was scheduled to be picked up at 5:10pm for a 7:10pm flight, the driver picked her up about 6:45pm, needless to say my daughter missed her flight, the next flight wasn't until 12:35pm the next day. Super shuttle didn't pay for the hotel, had me transferred to a manager named Jackie who act like she was transferring to a director voice mail, that didn't provide an option to leave a message. I will be calling the better business bureau in the morning, to inquire on filing a formal complaint for super shuttle not honoring a contract. Oh, at one point that joke of manager Jackie, said your was recommended against using a private driver, which was surprise not listed in my confirmation email. USE ANY TRANSPORTATION SERVICE OTHER THAN SUPER SHUTTLE, THEY SUCK!!!!!
Posted by L SGlover on 26 July 17 on GoogleI wish I could give negative stars for this company! Driver was rude, drove like a nut and dropped the bag at the curb with family member who had crutches -- couldn't walk 20 feet to hand the bag to a check in person at the curb. Had already paid a tip beforehand, so why should they be that courteous, right? Terrible. And this is only one reason. Have had other trips with them before. Not again!
