SuperShuttle ceased operation nationwide on December 30, 2019. ALL locations. Apparently, ride sharing services (i.e. Uber and Lyft) did them in.

I hear NOTHING FROM SUPERSHUTTLE!! Flight back: NO ONE SHOWS UP!!! SHOWS UP 90 MINUTES LATE, SAYING HE CALLED ME...CALLED ME, TO SAY WHAT? HE'S LATE, THEN HE PUTS IN HIS OWN TIP, CRIMINALS!!

My wife realized she scheduled the wrong day and made a mistake. We apologized to the driver and called the office that morning. LET ME SAY THIS, I know we made the mistake but the way they handled it DOES NOT FLY! My wife called and told them our situation, we booked the day before on accident and need to reschedule for tomorrow. We use them quite often so we didn't think this would turn out the way it did...The employee says that we were a "No Show" and they charged us full price, EVEN the 30% tip we left??? THIS got me a little confused. My wife continued to be calm and it wasn't until the employee got loud enough to where I could hear them until I took the phone. I remained quiet and calm while they were loud and clearly NOT CARING about us stating that it's our fault and we need to go to their website to dispute it. I stated that, I understand this an I WILL...BUT the the part the I don't understand, I told her, is that you guys didn't even take us to the airport, we didn't get in the car and YOU ARE CHARGING US FULL PRICE AND THE TIP!!??? We know we made the mistake, we told the driver and we will be happy to compensate you for it BUT FULL PRICE AND THE TIP when they didn't even take us anywhere!! COME ON!!! I told her this isn't a great way to do business especially when we use you guys on a regular basis. She laughed and said that there is nothing she could do and she would transfer us to make a new reservation. Screw that! I will just get an UBER or LYFT and save the $85 + Tip going forward. APPRECIATE YOUR CUSTOMERS and at LEAST ACT LIKE YOU CARE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and SERVICE, save the money!

That's pretty useless when a disabled person can't get a reasonable price ride to an airport 1 mile up the road. I would give this company 0 stars if I could.

We had an offer from friends the day before to take us to the airport. We said no, it's too early, sleep in, we booked a Supershuttle. At 2am in the morning, less than 3 hours before our pick-up time, the Tampa dispatcher called us to try and cancel our pick-up because they hadn't matched us with a driver. If we had the ringer off and tried to get the sleep we deserved, they probably would have been a complete no-show. This is utterly unacceptable. Trying to get in touch with customer service for Supershuttle only redirects to the website with a promise of a 7 day turnaround -- presumably this would also be a 7 day turnaround for refund requests? Avoid. Take an Uber instead. Supershuttle is just as likely to fail in their obligation to pick you up even when you book in advance.

I booked this company because their prices were so much better than having a limo sit for an entire day. I booked 2 cars for myself and my bridesmaids to go to the ceremony & 1 car for my husband and myself to go to the reception. I called about three weeks prior to the wedding to confirm everything and they said everything was good to go. Then, the night of our rehearsal at about 4 pm, I had a voicemail saying that they were really confused why there were 2 cars to the ceremony and one was booked at a lower rate, which was incorrect (and obviously not our fault that their system incorrectly booked it). I called them back after my rehearsal (mind you, it’s the night before my wedding when they were supposed to pick me up at 11:30 am the next morning) and kept getting transferred to people who had no idea what was going on or why they called me. Then, when I got someone who knew, they said all I needed to do was pay the additional money because the system booked it for about $20 less than it should have, so they canceled it. Okay, cool, let me just pay the $20 and be done with it. It wasn’t that simple because of getting transferred to their corporate and local offices. This was probably one of the most frustrating things in my entire wedding planning process, especially because I had called to verify everything to ensure this didn’t happen. They ended up canceling the ride & re-booking it for the correct amount after probably a half hour of fighting with them. The day of, our driver was extremely nice and he ended up having to wait for us for like a half hour since we were so behind. I was thankful he was so understanding and waited for us to finish getting ready. He also waited about an extra 15 minutes for my husband and I to finish taking photos after our ceremony. The driver was super nice but the whole issue should have been completely avoided. I will be calling them to make a formal complaint and to try to get our money back because honestly, if your system books incorrectly, you should just take the hit and let the damn bride not be stressed about the night before her wedding.

The van was very clean the driver was great with his greetings and driving and very communicating. We would definitely use the super shuttle again anytime. Thanks to the driver samy.

Me and my family really enjoyed it and our driver, Samy, was very organized. Whenever I need a ride, I'll make sure to use this service.
