SuperShuttle is 100% trash. I used this service for years at multiple airports. In April, I had to take an Uber from Pittsburgh International after they couldn’t get a driver to complete my prepaid trip. Today, I find out that they no longer service the Airport less than 24 hrs before I was supposed to get to the airport for a connection for an international flight. I only found out when adding my reservation to the app and it cancelled it. I got no notification prior, I had to call and talk to the terrible reservation department. Why does the app and website still allow bookings for PIT if you don’t service it?

Called the national phone number, which picked up quickly, but they then transferred me to Pittsburgh office. I have now been on hold for 30+ minutes waiting for a Pittsburgh staff member to pick up the line. I’ve used SuperShuttle for years now, but this instance, and the recent reviews I’m reading online are giving me second thoughts about giving them my business. I do hope SuperShuttle Pittsburgh plans to respond to my emails, or this review before Sunday morning.

He was going back on his military deployment.. The driver was almost 30 mins late.. Not only that, but my boyfriend almost missed his flight. Spent time waiting for the driver and then time looking up flights just in case he missed it. What a waste of time. Way to treat your customers!! Never use this service!

Driver finally came 30 min later. After getting in the car and ready to leave, a random person walked up and had no reservation and the driver waited for another 10 min so the person could go pay inside. After finally getting everyone on, driver spent another 5 min texting on his phone before getting his app ready. I was the first one to check in yet was the last dropped off. Really wouldn’t recommend Supershuttle when Uber/Lyft are often cheaper and take you directly to your destination without the ridiculous wait.

How can we be assured that SuperShuttle will arrive? We cannot leave anything to chance for this person. The hotel recommended using your business, now I am reconsidering. I reserved and paid for a ride to the airport weeks in advance of my flight, and less than an hour before they were supposed to pick me up, they called and said they cancelled my pick up because they didn't have a driver available. There wasn't enough time to find another service to get me there in time. I ended up driving myself and leaving my car at the airport in long term parking which is what I was trying to avoid in the first place. Don't use SuperShuttle. Even though they may have more good reviews than bad, if you are the one they cancel, you are screwed, and may miss your flight.

I booked my wife on a super shuttle to the airport for a 6 AM flight they suggested the 330 AM van Which I agreed to and waited that morning for the shuttle to come. We got a text saying the driver had slept in and Shuttle would be late. The shuttle was almost 1 hour late it came approximately at 5 AM. Needless to say she missed her flight and all her connections I spent most of that day trying to get her rescheduled so she could attend her father‘s memorial service. Needless to say we will never use this service again although we fly frequently at an early hour. I spen a day of my time no to Mansion that she spent many additional hours sitting in airports. Never again super shuttle

The car was parked 100 yards from the venue in the pouring rain (which we later found out was due to a miscommunication with our wedding coordinator so not necessarily their fault), but yelled at us for asking him where he'd been. When I asked him to be nicer to me on my wedding night, he replied with things like "go f*** yourself" before speeding off dangerously. There are plenty of other car services in Pittsburgh. I hope noone ever has to go through the horrible experience that my wife and I had on our wedding night. Please please please consider any other vendor!! UPDATE: We did receive a full refund, the company claimed to "have dealt with the driver," and customer service was apologetic. Although it was a nice gesture, we unfortunately will still have this wedding memory forever.

We called the company and learned they could find no record of the pickup name, address or phone number. We were told we should have been given a reservation #, but that had not happened. They offered to dispatch a cab but would not stay on the line to verify an ETA, so we declined. I woke up a relative to rescue us at 6:15, to make our 7:30 train. This was a stressful way to start a leisure trip. At 8:15, while on the train, we got a call from a driver who was at the house to pick us up, presumably for a scheduled 8:00 pickup. I can't imagine using them for any important trips. The first thing I did on arrival in NYC was to summon a Lyft.

We hired this company to provide wedding transportation from hotels 10 miles from the wedding venue and the driver did not know his route and made bad decision after bad decision resulting with a significant number of our guests missing the wedding ceremony. This company does not take its mission seriously and our event suffered as a consequence. I advise anyone seeking reliable transport to see alternative organizations.

Staff at the man office was easy to communicate with to ensure timing/location was right and the driver was very friendly. Overall great experience, highly recommend for a wedding or event where you need a shuttle. Pricing was also very reasonable.
