This cost me an additional $117.00 because I had to purchase another ticket. Since my friend got off a few stops before me, her additional cost was $87.00. If the driver had reversed his route and dropped us off first, we would have made our original train reservation. It would have been better to take Uber!

Their service is awful, me as concierge of a hotel in midtown Manhattan we had so many issues with this company. With payments with communication & etc. Make sure to avoid this company. There are cheaper and more reliable alternatives for transportation to JFK/LGA!!!!

The last couple of weeks this company did not paid a single dollar to us. They owe us more than 2500$. This company is a scam. Don't ever think about doing business or using it. Awful service!!!

I am concierge at a hotel in we did provided the service of Super shuttle to our guests, but in the last few weeks they didn't pay anything to us and they didn't reach us regarding payment or anything. Upon arrival, the driver placed my suitcase in the front seat, next to the driver (the bag holder was full). When he closed the door, he hit the suitcase very hard since it had left her poorly accommodated. Upon arriving at my house and opening the suitcase, I see that 2 filters of my camera were broken because of the strong knock on the door. In addition, when the hotel closed, the driver crashed into the car that was parked behind us, and we were delayed about 20 more minutes. I would need the company to compensate for the breakage of the 2 filters that the driver broke. I look forward to being contacted for the money back. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Solicité el servicio para el día 01/09/2019, Hotel-JFK. La camioneta #434 llegó 40 minutos tarde. Al llegar, el chofer colocó mi valija en el asiento de adelante, al lado del conductor (el porta valijas estaba lleno). Al cerrar la puerta, golpeó muy fuerte la valija ya que la había dejado mal acomodada. Al llegar a mi casa y abrir la valija, veo que se rompieron 2 filtros de mi cámara fotografica culpa del fuerte golpe de la puerta. Además, al selir del hotel, el conductor chocó al auto que estaba estacionado atrás nuestro, y estuvimos demorados unos 20 minutos más. Necesitaría que la empresa compensara la rotura de los filtros que rompió el conductor. Quedo a la espera que me contacten para el reintegro del dinero.

When i complained..he said "dont come to America with an attitude....you take what we give you" I logged a complaint on their website..after days it was apparent that they just could not be bothered with any service levels. Empty apologies and claiming they cannot find my reservation. What a useless company. They are clearly going on the concept that there are many tourists...so its your problem if you dont like it. Wow Avoid!!

The icing on the cake would have to be riding in the van with 11 people with no AC, with windows that dont row down, on 88 degrees day. Almost had a heat stroke. Wouldn't take this company again.

The drivers and shuttles are individual contractors who just want to max their profit by picking up as many people as possible. It's better to just get a shared ride. However, the supershuttle service TO the airport isn't that bad and is worth using.

We waited for more than 40 minutes after “checking in” with them immediately following arrival. We could see on the app that the van was just parked outside of another terminal this whole time. But it was completely empty when it got to us, which means they wasted 40+ minutes waiting for no one while wasting other passengers time. After we got picked up the van was just looping around JFK in no parcicular order for another 30 minutes trying to fill up. It ended up taking longer than the subway and costing 20 times more. This company just doesn’t understand how to run an efficient service.

My pick up was schedulle at JFK TERMINAL 4 INTERNATIONAL Following the instructions I updated the arrival time as soon as I landed and I have been waiting for 1hr 30 mins and still not being picked up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to be frustrated and upset waiting for the driver.

I went trough the online check in process on the app and followed the directions exactly. We collected our luggage and pressed the complete check in button on the app. Then we waited and waited and waited some more for a driver to be assigned. I inquired with the SuperShuttle representative at at 5:45 pm as to the status of our ride. He stated tht he was short on drivers and it would be 15-20 more minutes. Finally about 6:30pm I Inquired again, this time with the red coat customer service agent (because the SuperShuttle rep was no where to be found). She called the dispatcher and was told our driver was at Terminal 7 and be be there in about 10 minutes. About this time I got a notification on the mobile app that a driver had been assigned. I followed the driver on the app and he sit at Terminal 4 (not 7 like we where told) for about 25 minutes and so, we waited and waited and waited some more. Finally about 7:10 the SuperShuttle rep show back up and asked why we where still there???? Ugh shouldn’t he be telling me that!!! Well the driver showed up to Terminal 8 about 10 minutes after that and we where able to get in the van and start our journey to the Hotel. We finally made it to the Hotel in Midtown Manhattan at 8:05pm (over 3 hours after landing) This was the worst first impression with a service that I have ever had!!! I will not be using SuperShuttle (no matter the location again)!!!!

After we had stopped at 2 terminals we went back to the first one to get one more passenger in a van that had no more room for bags and 1 seat. And we were doomed to 2 hours of traffic because we couldn't get out of jfk in a decent amount of time. Not impressive, efficient or useful.

After getting on the shuttle at 15.30, the driver went around the terminal for snother hour!!! getting on new people, loosing them, finding them, going to the bathroom and stuff.. and we were stuck with other 8 people in the bus.. now it’s 16.30 and we are just getting of the airport.. have no idea when i get to my location, i’m late everywhere, what a shittyshuttle!! Not worth a penny, i should have taken a metro or uber or whatever competitive service

They explained it would be at minimum another hour, and it wasn't guaranteed that I'd get a ride by then. This is despite making a reservation days in advance, and them knowing both my flight number, as well as my agreed upon arrival time. The customer service representative urged me to cancel my reservation and use their competitor. Highly disorganized company, this is the second time I've had poor service from them. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
