Did you know? Los Angeles has a population of 3,976,071. LA has, on average, 325 days of sunshine each year. More than 50 million people go to Los Angeles beaches each year. LA County’s land area is 4,752 square miles. Shuttlefare.com services LAX and over 50 other cities offering airport shuttle reservations.
great company always great service. I always choose to use them for airport pick up and return. the option for "exclusive" whereas I am the only passenger is cost effective. it costs less to secure a super shuttle van exclusive than an uber or a lyft with my two large 70 pound pieces of luggage. and super shuttle drivers have real time support and are more knowledgeable about traffic and road conditions pertaining to short cuts, side streets and throughways to get around the metro area quickly.
Posted by Edward Bukowski on 13 September 18 on GoogleDriver was a bit late due to construction. I have learned to book an earlier pickup time for wiggle room. Driver had a great personality. We talked all the way to the airport. I was able to get lunch to take on the plane and even had time to charge my phone while waiting for my flight. Very pleased with the service. Saved a bunch of bucks over UBER.
Posted by Ruth Siegel on 13 September 18 on GoogleGreat service from LAX to John Wayne Airport. Walked out of the terminal, gave confirmation number to agent and had a shuttle there within 10min. Waiting for a shuttle is expected...it's LAX. The shuttle that picked me up had a great driver that got me to John Wayne Airport fairly quick even with other drop offs. Would recommend!
Posted by Ben on 11 September 18 on GoogleEasy ride home from airport. The tracking system on the phone and instructions were clear so located my van quickly. Worth the money.
Posted by Sulabha Abhyankar on 09 September 18 on GoogleI needed a last minute ride from LAX to my home 45 miles away. I was able to book and pay for my super shuttle ride only six hours ahead of time from another country. I had a very brief wait at LAX and was home within one hour 15 min of arriving at the airport. I highly recommend SuperShuttle for efficient, reasonably priced transportation. They were very organized and communicated wait time realistically and accurately. I was very satisfied with the service.
Posted by Lisa Menen on 31 August 18 on GoogleMade a reservation weeks in advance with flight info. Flight 15m late, used app check in and noticed no eta for ride. Got to pick point 5m late. Waited 1hr and attendant left, saying cabs will pick us up. Waited 15m and called booth phone#, auto msg said call diff phone#. Guy said he'd be over 5m. Supervisor drives up and, another hour later, we get cab voucher to find our own cab. Will never use again and have cancelled all reservations.
Posted by He Shang Sha on 03 August 18 on GoogleHad to wait over an hour for our unshared van (at least that's what I paid for). I don't mind sharing a ride but I do mind paying for one thing and then being given something else. There were others waiting after we departed that were less fortunate. If you are traveling from LAX to the valley, avoid at all costs. I will not make this mistake again.
Posted by Brian Lopez on 02 August 18 on GoogleOn the ride to the airport, they almost made us miss our flight picking up another party and they miscounted the # it could hold and so the other people had to figure out a separate ride for 2 others. On the pick up ride, they made us wait 45 minutes before we were picked up and the driver was aggressive.
Posted by Shannon Patrick on 29 July 18 on GoogleIf you do not want to wait you better find another means of transportation to and from airport. This is the 2nd time in a row that I have had to wait hours for a ride. You pay ahead of time and receive bad customer service. I was informed that they do not have enough drivers. I have deleted the app and will not use them again...only if I am about to die. I see a lot of Washington flyer vehicles, let me check them out.
Posted by Valencia Utley on 20 July 18 on GoogleWe booked a round trip shuttle for two adults and 2 children, using the option for no other pick ups. It was confirmed and prepaid, including the tip. The ride to LAX from Tustin was fine, but when we arrived at LAX on a Monday night, there was no Super Shuttle to pick them up. I booked it for my daughter and family. So they went to the Shuttle stop and the person said to hire a cab they don't have a shuttle for them. The kids are 1 and 4 years old with car seats, strollers, suitcases, etc. and all would not fit into the typical taxi, a Pruis, they needed and paid for a VAN!!! They finally flagged down their own van at 1:30 am after waiting for 2 hours in lines. I would like a refund for the return trip and more!!! This was a horrible thing to do to a family and we will NEVER use Super Shuttle again!!
Posted by Kathy Olson on 13 July 18 on GoogleThere’s bad, then there’s Super Shuttle LAX bad. After waiting for a good hour at midnight for my super shuttle to arrive (after calling 3 times to check-in), I was basically told to wait and wait and wait, then eventually, told to cancel my ride for reimbursement. That’s funny. I’ve been waiting on you to arrive for an hour, and now it’s in my best interest to just cancel ?! Just because time is not a commodity for this company and your employees, does not mean that you can go wasting other peoples. Seriously, worst service I’ve ever dealt with in any country. A complete disgrace 👎
Posted by Tyler M on 11 July 18 on GoogleNever never use this shuttle bus!!!! Bus driver asked doubled fee!!! When we asked employee of the company who works at the airport, he said 2 people for 37 dollars and we also searched fee before we got on the bus. But when we got off at the hotel driver said one person for 37dollars, not 2 people and he said total is 74 but he would take only 70 dollars. If his saying is truth how could he got only 70 dollars not 74 dollars!! He definitely swindle!! I will never use super shuttle bus again!
Posted by 이지원 on 06 July 18 on GoogleThank you Super Shuttle for canceling my pickup 20 minutes before you're due to arrive. Thank goodness that I can count on Lyft to get me to my flight in time, not to mention non-stop service at the same price. Super Shuttle is a thing of the past and I have no intention on booking with them again. If you need super dooper unreliable service.... book Super Shuttle.
Posted by Shannon Riordan on 02 July 18 on GoogleWouldn't use this service again. Our scheduled ride from home to LAX was okay; the bus smelled like cigarette smoke which made me feel sick, but the driver was on time to pick us up and he was a safe driver. However, we waited 2 hours for our scheduled shuttle ride from the airport back home. Once our driver arrived he was very nice and a very safe driver. We scheduled both rides a month in advance. Calling customer service to ask if our shuttle would ever arrive was a nightmare. When I called for help, it took forever to navigate the automated menu before I was finally able to talk to a real person. Would not recommend this service. We scheduled this service to ensure we had a safe and stress-free ride home and it was anything but that. The company probably over books their drivers leaving their customers sitting waiting for their shuttle.
Posted by Shannon B on 22 June 18 on GoogleWorst service ever. MULTIPLE TIMES left at airport with NO cars. Then the dispatch would tell that one is on its way and it would show up and say no we cannot take you another one is coming. Well after an hour and a half and 5 vans telling us they can’t take us AND CANNOT CONTACT THEIR OWN COMPANY we had to take a taxi. This is the worst company ever. This is why Uber and Lyft beat these guys ANYDAY. And will put this company out of business. Can’t wait for that day. Learn to take care of your customers who paid.
Posted by Sidney Swenson on 17 June 18 on GooglePre-booked online ahead of time. When I arrived I was told 15 or 20 mins, however I waited about an hour. At some point I got a text saying he's waiting, yet there was no van, the man at the kiosk said oh he's at the end of the terminal,, that was at least 15 mins ago. I would never ever use this service again and never recommend for anyone else. I should've taken my chances on public transportation
Posted by Jennifer Moseley on 14 June 18 on GoogleIf I could give this company negative stars I would. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I purchased a round trip service and on the first trip the driver was beyond unprofessional and broke several laws while driving. On the return trip I was scheduled to be picked up and dropped off at the airport within 15 minutes. The driver ended up picking up two other people and we arrived to the airport an hour later than expected. I ended up missing my flight and having to wait twelve hours for another one. NEVER use this shuttle service if you want people to have respect for your safety and time.
Posted by Krista Lantz on 03 June 18 on GooglePickup driver was incredibly unprofessional, rude, and drove dangerously (talking on cell phone multiple times as well while driving). Drop off driver made my girlfriend and I miss our flight to Seattle by dropping us off an hour late which forced us to pay $400 out of pocket and wait 20 hours to get home with no place to stay. The better business bureau needs to look in to this place for misleading business practices. They picked up multiple passengers on our trip to the airport which made us incredibly late. JUST TAKE AN UBER OR LYFT FOR THE SAME PRICE.
Posted by Darius Fakharzadeh on 03 June 18 on GoogleNEGATIVE STARS, SHUTTLE NEVER SHOWED , GOT SICK WITH MY 3 TODDLERS WAITING IN THE RAIN. THE HAD A PROMTION RUNNING STATING THAT THEY WOULD PAY IF THEY DID NOT GET YOU TO YOUR FLIGHT ON TIME, THEY DID NOT AND TOLD US WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY. AND NO ONE COULD FINF THE DRIVER THAT WAS SUPPOSE RO PICK US UP. THEY HAD NO IDEA WHERE THE DRIVER WAS....THIS NEEDS TO BE STATED TWICE. LUCKILY OUR AIRLINE REBOOKED US FOR FREE FOR ANOTHER FLIGHT THE NEXT DAY.
Posted by t akinstou on 12 May 18 on GoogleI’m going to begin by saying, I am telling you absolute facts. Do not take this review with a grain of salt, I am trying to save you money and stress. Never in my life would I refer this service to any human on earth. The customer service of this company is beyond atrocious. My biggest complaint (and there are a lot of them) is my shuttle never showed up to pick me up at my hotel. Now I promise you I am not crazy, and I am not a liar. I was outside 5 MINUTES EARLY of my pick up window (7:50-8:05). So my tired butt was out there at 7:45 am ready to go. The hotel I am at has a pick up and drop off right in front of the hotel but you have to drive up a driveway to get there. I waited outside with the door man and not ONE shuttle pulled through there, just one Uber. Now it’s 8:20 and I decide to call and see where the heck my van is. I was on hold for another 15 minutes (now it’s 835 my flight is at 1015am at LAX and it’s a 45 min drive to the airport). Finally the guy says a shuttle said they waited 5 minutes and tried to call but nobody answered. I AM SPEECHLESS. I’m in shock because like I said not one van came through, especially not a bright blue one you can’t miss (door man agrees). Now I’m freaking out and am like this is crazy nobody came through here, and if they did why wouldn’t they come to the lobby door (proof they never were there because the lobby door is right next to the drop off). The man proceeds to tell me there is nothing he can do. I ask to speak with a manager. SUPERVISOR OF RESERVATIONS DWAYNE EMPLOYEE NUMBER 3065 is the worst excuse for a customer service representative ever, let alone a supervisor. He seriously got on the phone beginning with “first of all...”. He was instantly hostile calling me a liar for saying a van never came! I seriously thought I was in an alternate universe. I ask supervisor Dwayne employee number 3065 if I can speak with a different supervisor he refuses claiming he is the only supervisor for super shuttle (now I’m actually laughing out loud on the phone). I asked to speak with his supervisor general manager of the call center who he claimed was “on a call”. I asked for her voicemail and left one. I truly hope something will be done with this employee because I am flabbergasted at his behavior. ALSO, in order to get a refund for the ride that never showed up I have to make a request online so it can be “investigated”. Pathetic. I will go on to say my experience from the airport to my hotel was hardly any better except that I didn’t have to deal with god awful Dwayne employee number 3065. AFTER I checked in I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes while numerous shuttles pass me by because the guy at the check in couldn’t find a driver going to Hollywood? Personally I think they were waiting for more people to get in my van, which honestly I could have just taken a Uber for the same price and gotten to my hotel hours earlier. Overall, this company is a sorry excuse for a shuttle service. Save your money and take a Lyft or an Uber. It’s pracfically the same price and you won’t have to deal with incompetent staff. You will also get to where you are going 10 times faster and not be squished into a smelly van with a terrible driver. Worst experience.
Posted by Rio Gardner on 10 May 18 on GoogleDo NOT use this company what so ever!! They have the rudest agents EVER!! For them being a world wide company you would think they would train they're agents some Customer Service Ettiquette. Rude, Name Calling & Hanging up on customers and/or family of customers is NOT ACCEPPTABLE!! There should be a ZERO tolerance for hanging up on a customer for Spanish/English translation. The Asian person working at LAX Super Shuttle counter the night of April 26, 2018 should be reprimanded for his behavior to customers this evening. And I'm sure with how comfortable he was treating my family so rudely, that this was NOT his first time representing this company like this. **Super Shuttle Corporate Office I Hope Someone Is Reading This Review & All The Other TERRIBLE Reviews Your Company Is Receiving at This LAX Location. And If Something Is NOT Done....Shame On You!!!
Posted by Gina Mia Sandoval on 27 April 18 on GoogleWhat happened to me was a living NIGHTMARE...BEWARE! I’m a traveling doctor and I often travel with a lot of medical gear in my luggage. I have used Super Shuttle on and off for years and I’ve had a few issues with late drivers but this last trip was a NIGHTMARE. This driver, we’ll call him “Driver I”, out of LAX is an ABSOLUTE MENACE!!. This guy started harassing me from the first minute he arrived. He saw that I had 4 pieces of luggage and before even getting out of the van he said that he has to charge me $10 extra. After I told him that in two years with the same luggage no one has ever said that, he began arguing, raising his voice, swearing under his breath etc. There were two other passengers who witnessed his rude and often bizarre behavior. During the ride he was swearing at other traffic and acting very tense. At one point, he suddenly turned to me and said, “ you’re going to pay extra, my friend, for sure! You will see it on your bank statement!” The rest of the ride was miserable and stressful because of his erratic behavior. When we got to my hotel, his iPad wouldn’t work for the additional charge. Again, he began swearing and looking up at the sky. He made everyone in the van wait for at least 10 minutes while he made phone calls to try to arrange the $10 charge. Finally, when nothing worked, he wrote my credit card number on a piece of paper and said, “I’ll charge you later, my friend, you wait and see…This is MY company and I will charge you!”, all in an angry devilish voice, kind of like a serial killer. Just to be a gentleman and also I hoped it would calm him down a bit, I offered him $8 tip for handling my luggage. He accepted that. and continued swearing under his breath as he got in the van. The other passengers were shocked. Here’s the REALLY crazy part… After three days this guy calls me while I was having dinner with my family, demanding that I give him my credit card number again because it still wasn’t working. He sounded drunk. I told him I would contact super shuttle over this very disturbing behavior then he said, “Oh you can call them if want, my friend, but then you will give me your credit card number to pay me the money!”. I told him I would have one of his managers handle this. At this point, I’m very concerned and I feel very harassed and threatened. Is this guy mentally stable? As a medical doctor, I’m worried about this guy’s sanity to be driving a commercial vehicle with passengers on board. Who certified this guy? I hate all this negativity. But, I’m prepared to call the authorities over this insane behavior. Are these the types of employees selected by Super Shuttle? Is this how Super Shuttle does business? Harassing the passengers? Hopefully we can come to a reasonable resolution over this before I have to contact the Better Business Bureau and maybe even the Dept of Transportation.
Posted by Nino Rimawi on 23 April 18 on GoogleYou book them and pay in advance. They don't come. They can't be contacted. That's what they call business.
Posted by Ignacio Negueruela on 28 March 18 on GoogleTerrible is too nice of a word for this "service". We waited close to an hour for a ride to show, had to call a cab, almost missed our flight, and then told by Super Shuttle we would not be getting a refund because we were a no show! THEY WERE THE NO SHOW. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE. THERE IS A VALID REASON FOR THE POOR RATINGS.
Posted by Dee on 25 March 18 on GoogleBest human being Ive met in a long long time! Mahmoud for van #557 is excellent. He drove safely and smoothly, very understanding and even has regulars apparently because h's a nice and really caring guy. He made sure I arrived inside the residence safely at 1:00AM!!!
Posted by Magnettic Three on 18 March 18 on GoogleI called a ride for 8:50 to 9:05pm. Nobody arrives or calls by 9:38, and i have no number to call for info. I call a lyft. I try to cancel the ride but the website says the window is closed since It was past 9:05. I have to file online and it should take 3-5 business days to possibly get a refund for a service I did not use.
Posted by Rama Gosula on 10 March 18 on GoogleShuttle was 40 mins late for pickup. 55 min drive to airport (traffic). Lucky I left 3 hrs early.
Posted by Nate Black on 08 March 18 on GoogleThe ride to the airport was wonderful! My driver was on time and loaded and unloaded my luggage, very professional. My return trip waa not so great. They couldn't find my reservation even though I had paid over $200 to ride single. The attendant at the airport was very helpful and was able to get me a ride with eight other passengers on a Friday night! While in the van I called customer service and they were horrible. I navigated my way on line and was able to get a refund. I will think twice before using again.
Posted by Tracy Beare on 02 March 18 on GoogleNever met such rude staff, when we were booking, they started laughing because we pronounced the address wrong. Then the driver was equally unpleasant, when we wanted to pay by card he said that we would not pick up his time and stop irritating him. Because he did not have time to go from the luggage compartment to the driver's seat to pick up the card reader. Will not book again
Posted by Oscar Leverud on 01 March 18 on GoogleWow. This service is horrible. Tried to check in at the same time as my mom, being picked up from the same place and dropped off at the same place. Instead, we were put on shuttles half an hour apart. Even though the first shuttle had empty seats. We called to try and fix it but no one answered and the person working the kiosk was unhelpful. Horrible service and experience.
Posted by Thomas Brounstein on 09 February 18 on GoogleThe guy at the stand was very friendly and helpful. The van could have used a little tlc but it did the job. The van driver was quiet and to himself but that is fine. The drive was good took awhile as we made a few other stops. But overall it was an easy and good experience
Posted by Kayla Brost on 20 January 18 on GoogleThey were on time. Helpful with luggage. Comfortable ride to LAX for everyone. Both departure and return trip. Would use them again.
Posted by Frankie Almanza on 16 January 18 on GoogleTook the shuttle under the pretense it would cost 17 per person to Orange. Just over the bridge from Anahein. By the time the driver got us to where we were going, the driver told us it was 36 per person. Without justification. I asked to drop us at the Hobda centre instead and he just ignored me. I contacted the company without relevant response. I would avoid and grab an uber instead, it would have been much cheaper than this rip off.
Posted by Simon theveganmiscreant on 11 January 18 on GoogleBooked super shuttle from.john Wayne airport travelled all day, we land at SNA went to check in desk waited about 20 min. Driver came, headed on to freeway rush hour traffic at 4.30pm, the driver bypasses the 91 fast track, we asked why he didn't join the fast track , his response was super shuttle don't pay for the drivers to have them. We are currently sitting in a parking lot okn the 91 freeway, we are a party of 4 adults 2 of which are sick, and 2 children one 3 and one 8, I hope we get home before midnight. Not amused with this service at all.
Posted by Corrina Corseryyv on 05 January 18 on GoogleThe van clearly needed new breaks and rotors. The noise it was making was awful as the parts were clearly worn out. Also, I did not think the travel time/route was reasonable. We were car pooled with people who were no where near our destinations. Lastly, all the passengers (8 of us) were concerned with the route and when asked the driver he gave no response or indication of what was going on. Overall, very unorganized and an Uber would’ve been cheaper and more convenient. The trip was 2+ hours and if this is normal, will not be using again.
Posted by Tim Gormly on 30 December 17 on GoogleI just had one of the worst experience of my life! I’ve been a customer of super shuttle for many years and I never experience this before. The driver asked me what terminal is of the airline that I was going to and I had to google to find out. Why would even have a driver that is not familiar or even studied the airport before driving. I told him that on google it said terminal 6. He dropped me off on terminal 6 and later I find out it was terminal 3 and now I’m late to check in and I might lose my flight. How irresponsible from the driver and from the company! You guys have the obligation to be familiar with the airport and be updated! That’s the whole purpose of the company! To take people to the airport without having to deal with any hassle! What a shame! I’m never ordering Super Shuttle again!
Posted by vicky kress on 18 December 17 on GoogleMy sister and her family were flying to Maui this morning and had made reservations for the shuttle to pick them up at 445am to bring them to LAX from Banning, CA. She confirmed the reservation the night before and received a confirmation. This morning at 340a.m. she receives a message stating that there was no driver and they wouldn't be picked up. When she called them at 4 am they said that they still had 45 minutes to wait. At 4 45 am they cancelled their reservation which meant they had to find their own transportation to the airport. What kind of business are these people running? Unacceptable.
Posted by Emie Lopez on 18 October 17 on GoogleSTUPID SHUTTLE is more like it. Idiots are always late, drive very irresponsibly. Our driver blew through a red light more than once, refused to turn on the A/C or let us open the windows, despite the heat. We nearly missed our flight because our driver was so late, and kept picking up more and more people, despite the fact we informed super shuttle that we needed to be at LAX at a specific time, and they swore to us that they would get us there on time. They lied. Also, when they were supposed to pick is up and take us home after our trip, they were rude to us, they were late again, and this other driver sexually harassed my sister, then made us get out of the van when I told him to leave my sister alone or I'd report him and kick his ass. We were dumped put too far from home to walk, so a friend picked us up. Thank God we didn't pay in advance, let alone tip, but these stupid assholes had the balls to bill us for the return trip home that we never fully received. When my sister's friend used Super Shuttle last summer (despite our warnings not to), they were so late that she had to call a taxi and they showed up in a matter of minutes and took her to the airport. Stupid Shuttle showed up an hour after my sister's friend had called them, and the rude ugly stupid fat moron troglodyte driver pounded on our door, rang the bell repeatedly, swore at us, and disturbed our peace. I told him that the customer had already left, and for him to go away. He cursed at me, threatened me, and I had to call the police to make him leave. Never use these idiots.
Posted by Julius Quasar on 16 October 17 on GoogleAfter being stood up for the Shuttle service taking me to the airport on 9/27 I didn't even want to try to take the shuttle service home, however since I had already paid for both trips & a tip, which was never refunded to me when I requested it. I used it. The driver took the long way home, instead of taking Haven down to the 60 freeway, he back tracked to the 10 freeway, then down the 15 freeway to the 60 freeway. His driving was slow & even the 18 wheeler trucks in the slow lane were passing us. I don't mind driving the speed limit, however driving too slow on a freeway is an accident waiting to happen. That and the incompetence of the original driver who only contacted me to tell me he would be leaving to pick us up from home as we were boarding our flight. I will never use or recommend them to anyone. I attached 2 photos both screen shots from my phone. 1 showing that the driver never went to Riverside & the time was 11:41. The 2nd screen shot just as we were boarding the plane & the driver called to say he was on his way to pick us up.
Posted by C J Metzger on 05 October 17 on GoogleI truly wonder why Super Shuttle bothers to ask you the arrival time of your incoming flight, as it apparently makes absolutely no difference whatsoever in the wait time on the curb, which they force you to endure. I returned to LAX on Sept. 20 from a trip to Chicago, my bag was first off the carousel and I went right to the Super Shuttle stand. There was NO ONE there. The stand was completely unattended and there were people standing around wondering what on earth was happening, what to do. A Super Shuttle van driver stopped and used his ipad or whatever to see if any of our shuttles were coming....I was not given a van number but was told mine would be 15 to 20 minutes later. 20 minutes passed. Another van driver stopped and helped in the same way. I was again told I'd be picked up in 15 to 20 minutes, but no van number given. No van. About 40 minutes after I got there, an attendant came. He finally found my van number . I waited more than ONE HOUR to be picked up, when they knew exactly when my flight would land. In total, it took 2 and a half hours to get from LAX to my home near Universal Studios. There must be a better way to get home!!!!!!! This is the way it always is when I book Super Shuttle in advance for a ride home. What is WRONG with them? Thanks for reading.
Posted by Jane Emerich on 04 October 17 on GoogleI would give 0 if I could. The pickup time slot was 11:40-11:55. At 11:50 we could see the driver was over 20 minutes away. When we called they said he was "running late". We had a plane to catch at 1:15; with an expectation that the driver would arrive in the alotted time slot. We had to cancel the trip and pay for an uber instead. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BOOK SUPERSHUTTLE.
Posted by Corynne Lurie on 15 September 17 on GoogleDriver spoke little english and not nice. The object is to pack as many people they can in a van for big profit. I was told she wont take credit card because I was downtown while others could? Made no sense. Took forever with all the dropoffs. You feel like cattle pretty much. Took an uber back to airport for the same price and had a whole car to myself. Ahhh.
Posted by Jason Siebert on 06 August 17 on GoogleSuper shuttle was so great! We were picked up early and even after making a stop to pick up people that were late and hitting traffic he still got us there on time. He was super friendly! And we were happy to have a map sent to us letting us know where our driver was on the way to picking us up. We had been stressed about the shuttle at first because we had a horrible experience with Prime Time shuttle when we first got into Los Angeles. But Super Shuttle made us feel relaxed and taken care of!
Posted by Alyssa Herbert on 06 August 17 on GoogleSuper Shuttle called 5 minutes before pick up and said that instead of a private van there would be two city taxis to pick us up. We didn't want to complain even though the point of getting one van was to have all 6 of us sit together. One taxi finally showed up 20 minutes later to take 3 of us, but the other never showed up. I was on hold for 15 more minutes with their customer service and then told that we should just call a taxi ourselves to get the rest of our group to LAX. My husband had to quickly get Uber or else he and my in-laws would have been late. I am disappointed about how Super Shuttle handled this and still have not received a response regarding Super Shuttle covering our Uber bill. Luckily, our trip home was better, although we had to wait at LAX for about 30 minutes.
Posted by Ngoc Bui on 05 August 17 on GoogleHorrible. We were 8 people. I booked a non-stop shuttle and paied on app. When we arrived at their station, they let us wait for 1 hour. Afterwords, two yellow cabs came and the drivers said they are super shuttle's employees. They had my phone number and knew my name so we trusted them. We were repusested to ride separately. When my group rode on a cab, the driver told me to pay $130 because one of two drivers didn't get paid. I told him I paid on app but he didn't want to drive us so we went back to the airport and waited for more 30 min. Finally, a shuttle came but it was a share shuttle bacause they didn't have enough cars. That was a horrible night. I recomend you not to use this shuttle.
Posted by あみ on 05 August 17 on GoogleTook the super shuttle for a connection. They were 45 minutes late. Driver came to finally pick me up, confirms that he is there to pick me up and drives off from airport. He then turns around because he can't find me in his queue. He then drops me off at the same drop off point, wasting another 15 minutes of my time. I end up taking an Uber to get rid of the hassle. Lessons learned: Time sensitive appointments are not respected Make sure you confirm and re-confirm your pick up Take an über.
