Posted by White Cloud on 27 July 18 on GoogleDue to having oversized luggage, I could not make a reservation online or via app, I had to do so via phone to ensure oversize luggage was accounted for. Reservation was done 3 weeks before pick-up, given a confirmation number, and I paid paid extra and in advance. less than 24 hours before pick-up, they called with an issue that my reservation type wouldn't accommodate the oversize luggage (the only way they knew I had oversized luggage was due to making reservation via phone to accommodate for it). After a combined 45 minutes of phone calls being transferred between agents, being on hold for supervisors, my reservation was cancelled in order to replace with the correct reservation. However, after cancelling, was told the new reservation would be more than double the original cost ($45 to $110). I don't have any other options available due to the short timeline for pick up. I won't be using this service again

They where a No Show and I Missed my flight. When I called to find out what happened they hung up on me. Still No call back. Complete Chaos. I would not recommend.
