Absolutely one of the best if not the BEST taxi service companies in Ft myers/Cape Coral and surrounding areas and I’ve used many. Always courteous, kind and on time, but most usually early to arrive. Plus a telephone call ahead of time so you know they have not lost your reservation. Which is so reassuring. I now have Go Express pick up all of my guest at the airport, it gives me the extra time at home to put the finishing touches on my guest rooms or bake their favorite cookies. My family and friends feel so special being treated so well by the drivers and are always offered bottles of ice cold water as soon as they are in the vehicle. The vehicles are always spotless. A supreme service in a time where it is almost forgotten, but very much appreciated. This is the only taxi service I will use. D. Judd

The MINIVAN was late model and immaculate. The driver was very professional and accommodating with the passengers requests for 1 stop to the grocery store. Ismail is one of the best private car/taxi drivers I've ever used. In our case, I firmly believe he saved us from being seriously injured. A few minutes after he picked us up, a car ran a red light on a cross-street and totaled the car next to us just after our stoplight turned green. Our car was then hit as part of a chain reaction. Because Ismail waited before entering the intersection (something he said he always does after the light turns green as a safety precaution) our car was less damaged and our physical trauma was less serious. After the police and fire came, he then drove us the rest of the way to our destination which was a substantial distance away. Thank you again, Ismail!!

We had Ismail pick us up and take us to Sanibel Island and brought us back to the airport the next week. He had a cooler of cold beverages waiting for us to choose from, no extra charge. He was very kind and told us a lot about the area. He was on time both ways and texted before he picled us up. Next time we are in the area we will use this service again.
