I reserved, prepaid for super shuttle pick up at SFO airport but they never showed up. I tried calling them from the airport but nobody attended my phone call. I have requested a refund but again no response. Do yourself a favor and use other services.

It happened to us, even after we had received an email the day prior "confirming" or ride to DFW airport. They then called a couple of hours prior to our ride (very early in the morning) saying they have no vehicles! And the kicker is they still charged our card! After 2 requests for a refund on the website, not a peep from them. On the website, it even says that WE cancelled the ride! How can you trust a ride service if you never know if they will have vehicles and cancel at the last minute? If you like uncertainty and chaos on your trips, Super Shuttle is definitely the ride for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and make a reservation with a company that will guarantee their service.

And they stated the reason I was having trouble was because they no longer service Dallas thus there would be no pick-up from DFW to Fort Worth. Nice..... Lots of lies about when we might expect a shuttle to arrive when we called them from the airport and a very kind offer to refund our money so that they can just forget about us and leave us to solve our own transportation issues when we stopped believing the lies. Worst airport shuttle I've ever dealt with. Book with a professional company instead.

Upon arrival at 12:20am, We checked in as directed, and we were sent a text that the driver would be contacting us shortly. After a 1/2 hour of waiting, when the driver did not respond, we called. We were then told, by the dispatcher that they had NO DRIVER to come get us, and that we would have to wait a few hours. REALLY???? They knew for 3 weeks that we had a 12:20am return flight. There were no changes, no surprises. We will never trust them again. DO NOT DEPEND ON SuperShuttle, find another way. ZERO STARS

The service does not inform you they only drop off at the airport, no airport pickup. The online service allows you to book round trip. Upon return, we were allowed to check in and received a confirmation. After waiting over 40 minutes, called and was informed no one can pick us up. Dispatch was extremely rude and stated “there’s nothing I can do because we don’t pickup from the airport. If I transfer you to a supervisor she’s going to tell you the same thing.” No one from super shuttle called to inform us no one would pick us up yet sent several confirmation text. Thanks to black car for being immediately available and beating super shuttle rates. They saved us from being stranded with three senior citizens in the cold at Dallas Love Field Airport.

The driver who took me to the airport was late to pick me up, but I let it go. Upon my return home, however, I cannot let the experience go. I checked in online as soon as I arrived at the airport. When I hadn’t received a message with the ETA of the driver 40 minutes later, I called dispatch to simply be informed that because of the time of night, I still wouldn’t be picked up for at least another 45 minutes. The gentleman I spoke with was less than understanding, saying they only had 2 shuttles running due to the time of night. I understand it was 11:45pm, however, 2 shuttles running is ridiculous. Why make a reservation if they aren’t going to honor the reservation with no intention of ever telling me that? Absolutely not worth the money, time, or stress.

I was left standing in the median with my elderly mother, at the 'shared ride' sign as instructed by dispatch. Then had to wait for another pickup & drop off before finally arriving at our destination. I did not tip the driver - he went ballistic, screaming & shouting. Dispatch blamed the driver, the driver blamed dispatch. It's been over 2 weeks & still have not spoken to a customer care representative regarding my complaint. SuperShuttle is not customer oriented & displays no concern or care for their customers. My advice - stay clear if you aren't prepared for delays & frustrations. I posted 1 star, only because it wouldn't let me post zero!

I waited 40 minutes at the airport, the assigned vehicle was switched on me 3 times, the online tracker doesn’t recognize my confirmation number so I can’t see where it is and the dispatch just keeps telling me it’s going to be here in 5 minutes... no wait, this time it’s 10 minutes. Not happy. When I finally did get a vehicle, the driver was courteous and got me safely to my hotel. Now I need to adjust my return ride, given the poor service, and give myself a lot of extra time for the way back to the airport. The phone maze and hold times are as frustrating as waiting on a ride. I’ll see if I can change it online instead...

They said they were sorry and asked if we wanted a refund. I would never recommend the super shuttle company to anyone. They are unreliable and do not care about their customers. SuperShuttle contacted me via email and offered 20% discount on my future shuttle. They are horrible. Why would I give them my business after what they had done. They should take action against that Ahmed driver who was lazy and made excuse about his bad back.

You tell them your flight number and airline and they tell you when they will pick you up so as to get you to your flight with time to spare. No fighting traffic, wrong turns, or arguing with my husband. I've used SuperShuttle many times and always had a positive experience. Will definitely use again.

They were on time and we made it to the airport no problem. Now when we arrived back into dfw is where we had problems. We landed at 7pm and got confirmation of our ride. We get the message of where our ride is and after about 30 minutes they changed our shuttle got another one. There was another gentleman with us and he was assigned the same shuttle and was getting the run around about our ride. Another 30 minutes pass and finally the driver arrives and tells us he can not take us because of where his other stops are and we will have to wait. At this point we have been traveling for 12 hours and now waiting for almost 2 hours for a ride. We cancelled the ride and had some friends drive is home instead. We wasted our time for nothing.

On Saturday night I got a confirmation that I would be picked up. I was getting ready on Sunday and decided at 3:00 I was going to check my texts just to make sure. There it was, a text left at 2:30 AM that we were not going to be picked up. I called and they didn't have a van available. What?? I scheduled this trip 2 months in advance. They didn't have a reason, just "We don't have a van available." I had never used Uber before so I uploaded the app, and requested a ride. 9 minutes later, they were at my door. So, my advice, if you choose to use this company, have a back up plan. If you have to have a back plan, that's probably your clue not to use them.

So he gets out and ring the doorbell, that shouldn’t be in their policy to do that. So long story short we miss our bag check and flight, so we're on the standby list and it’s 5:19pm and still trying to get a flight. We've missed our cruise out of Miami already but we're still trying, at this point my wife and I just want to get away our anniversary is Monday and we’re just trying to vacation a little

Once booked, on the date of pick up, I received several texts changing the pick up time to up to an hour before the actual scheduled time of pickup. I received the earliest pick up time of 4:44 after calling to explain the second person was not due to arrive until 5am. Then on the return trip ... I called twice after checking in via phone, was assigned 2 cars (that suddenly there was no information on driver location) and waited over 45 minutes only for a representative to finally tell me there was no transportation available via your company. If you listen to the first call the representative clearly states he will call me back in 5 minutes to let me know the status of my request. I never got that call. Not once did I get notice that the car was cancelled and another one assigned or that the last car was cancelled all together.

I made reservations for an early morning shuttle to pick up my husband and I and are 3 kids on June 29, 2019, and the shuttle NEVER SHOWED UP. After finally getting through to a customer service rep, I was told I would receive an immediate refund for my reservation and reimbursement for parking at the airport because we were about to miss our flight. I submitted a customer service request online the same day. It’s now July 13th, and I haven’t heard a word back. No refund. No reimbursement. NOTHING. I seriously doubt me or my extended family will ever use Super Shuttle again. Just terrible.

This time they accused me of making the wrong reservation even though I had a confirmation email which showed correct. Rudeness, the telephone dispatch are horrid. I asked how long they were going to leave me out here and he said he was going to call me but every driver in the world was calling in. For someone in a hurry, rather than working to find a solution for the problem this dispatcher wanted to argue about what was obviously a mistake in the reservation.This was 6:45am, not exactly peak travel time. Website is like a beginner formatted and wrote operating software. Come to find out it would be a lot cheaper and faster to take a yellow cab anyway!

After completing a 10 hour international flight we waited for almost two hours for a shuttle that never came. The pickup had been booked two weeks in advance. While we waited on the ghost shuttle, phone call after phone call to their office yielded shallow promises of "your pick-up is right around the corner and will be there soon". Lies. Nothing but lies. This company's time has come and gone. You simply have much better options out there. My advice: use those options and don't waste your time with this pathetic outfit.

After calling in advance to reserve my shuttle, I had to wait for an hour and a half before finally canceling. Not only is the shuttle service terrible, the customer service line refused to give an ETA and never apologized for the inconvenience. When I initially called SuperShuttle to check on my shuttle after the initial 30 minutes of waiting, I was told that my shuttle “was coming.” The woman I spoke with never gave me an ETA, never apologized for the inconvenience of waiting, and when I called asking how much longer it would take, she responded with: “it will be more than 5 minutes.” Because of that and the lack of apology, I cancelled with SuperShuttle and demanded a refund. I will not be using SuperShuttle Dallas in the future and would not recommend it to others.

After our driver dropped us off at our home, within 5 minutes my daughter realized she left her backpack on the shuttle. We called and was told by dispatch the driver was not answering his phone. We called back for 2 weeks and super shuttle continued to tell us “the driver is not answering but we will call you back”. No call back. Strangest part was the majority of the drive home the driver was on his phone with dispatch, yet magically as soon as we are off the shuttle he never answers them again for weeks. Hope someone enjoyed my 9 year old daughters savings of 160.00 and her bose earphones. Would never recommenced a company that does business this way.

We got in the van, ready to go and the driver strolled out and sat on the curb to sip his coffee. What?!? We were on a tight schedule and needed to be home by 5pm to pick up our dog from boarding. We called the company while waiting and were told that there was nothing they could do................ okay....... Don't have scheduled times if they don't mean anything. Overall, would not recommend. :)

It took me 2 hours from the time I landed at the Dallas airport to get to my destination (Sheraton Dallas Hotel), so be sure to block out some time to wait. But overall, I'm satisfied with my shared ride, and it was extremely affordable!

My ride was there waiting when I arrived. I am in a wheel chair and was greatful for a caring and competent driver who knew exactly how to work with my disabilities in an efficient manner. I was surprised to see the app and loved being able to see the shuttle on a map as it traveled to the pickup point. The instructions that got me from baggage claim to the pickup location were great! On my return to the airport I accepted the wrong piece of luggage from the driver. The "Contact Driver" button on the app allowed me to quickly reach the driver and correct my mistake. And it was my mistake not the driver's. Wonderful! Watching the van on the map as he returned to my location was a great relief. Loved the service!!

I told them where I was and they found me. I didn't have to walk all over the airport to get to my ride.The driver was safe, courteous, helpful and pleasant.I will be using Super Shuttle from now on instead of imposing on my friends who don't like to drive in big city traffic any more than I do. I also took a Super Shuttle back to the airport when I returned home. It was also a very good experience. I highly recommend Super Shuttle.

Suddenly I received a receipt saying I was a no show. The lady at customer service was rude and not at all helpful when I spoke with her a few minutes later. Don't recall the lat time I was treated so rudely (and so uncaring) by a company. Had to find another way to DFW at 5:30 AM. These people were simply hateful.

I prepaid, scheduled, arrived early, and still set up an appointment for 0925, checked in 0925, and waited 30 minutes for the driver to show up, who never answered his phone. As I sit here STILL waiting 20 minutes past that because he felt the need to accept another fare and wait. This is beyond acceptable for a company to do business. I would’ve been faster walking the 18 miles to DFW. Also, edited this to tack on that we finally left, almost a full hour after my pickup time and with the original two fares. If I could give zero stars I would. If you have to take SuperShuttle, be prepared to wait and ride in something that smells like a moldy gym bag has been left in the backseat for several hours in the hot sun.

First of all I call to schedule a pickup for my mother in law, and I spoke with a representative who clearly wasn't feeling well. He sounded like an older gentlemen and kept coughing over and over. I stated that I needed a ride set up for this afternoon and that my mother in law's plane arrives at the airport at 3:50. He actually repeated it back to me ok 3:50 this afternoon Tuesday May 15th. So I forward the confirmation info to my mother in law, not looking at it because hey he repeated everything back so we are good. No we were not. He set her up for a ride for tomorrow at 3:50pm. I had to hurry and go online and edit the reservation myself. After doing so I called and was told everything had been changed. Well it's 5:22 and my mother in law just got picked up after being told she had to walk across a few lanes and go through a garage to find the driver. He didn't even pull up to the front to get her. She just texted me to let me know he ran a red light going so fast that the seat belt literally choked her. This shuttle service Is so unprofessional It's not even funny. I never ever leave reviews good or bad but I just had to let this be known, that we will not be using this service anymore and will inform all of our family and friends to do the same. The services are already $30 plus and having to get off the plane and sitting around is not how you treat people who are paying you. As for a tip, I THINK NOT. Oh and if you are trying to call and get someone on the phone please be prepared to wait at least 15 mins every time. I swear, have call them four times today and each and every time, It was a 15 min wait.

When our flight got in at 10:50 pm, which was on time, we called the contact number and after being on hold for 10 min, we were given a confirm that the driver would there at 11:30. We were at the meeting point at the appointed time. We were the only people waiting - an old couple with 3 suitcases, so it shouldn't have been too hard to find us. After waiting for 15 min. we gave up and took a cab. I would never use them again nor recommend to anyone. The driver eventually texted us at 11:57 that he was waiting, but we were already on our way home by then.

We did have a shared ride but we were the 1st couple on the shuttle and we drove around the airport for 25 minutes picking up 2 more couples. The driver did not tell us where we were going and who was 1st to get off. When we went into a residential area about an hour later and dropped off the couple that got on the shuttle last, I asked the driver why he dropped of the last couple that got on first, He did not answer me. Now when we pulled up to our hotel 2 hours after being on the shuttle, again I asked him why we went into a residential area first?? Again he did not answer me!! We got our luggage and I was not Happy. I took our luggage off-he did not help! He didn't say anything except is that all your luggage? I am going to cancel our return trip and I will make sure never to use the SUPER Shuttle ever again!!! And I will make sure all my friends and family how horrible this company works. Also, I wanted to give 0 stars but it would not post unless I gave it 1 star!!

Made a reservation 2 weeks ahead of time to be picked of from airport and driven directly to my destination. I gave the time I was landing and flight number. Figured they could work out the timing so i would wait more than 15 minutes. Paid in full. I call to get picked up the day I arrived and they there is no ride available and they will cancel the reservation and provide a full refund. Whats the point of scheduling. I called a Lyft and got picked up in 5 minutes and it was cheaper. Still waiting for refund.

Went to the Super Shuttle pickup location and stood there for 45 minutes and not a single van showed up. But there were now 15 people waiting for the next van. I didn't want to get in a fight about who was getting on and who had to wait longer (even though we had reserved a private shuttle), so my family and I squeezed into a cab. Now I'm trying to get a refund from Super Shuttle and the only way you can do it is by filling out a "ticket" online. The phone message says, "We will get back to you quickly. Usually within 7 business days." Since when is 7 business days quickly? Horrible.

If they keep this up they will loose business to the airport and only have business from the airport

The cost was reasonable. However, when I received my credit card statement, I had been charged 4 times for the same trip.

They would not come pick us up, we were stranded at dallas airport, our friends had to get ready and come pick us up, wasted 2 hrs of vacation. I called cs they didnt seem to care about our night turned out, just request a refund. Just an awful experience.

That pick up time would have only allowed for 55 minutes for me to get to my gate before it closed, on a holiday weekend. I quickly called them and informed them that the short amount of time made me uncomfortable, but they refused to change my pick up time. I asked if I could cancel and they said no because it was after the two hour limit, but if I was uncomfortable with the time I could have called yesterday to change it, which makes sense, unless you consider they just changed my pick up time minutes ago so I wouldn't have known about the short time the day before! I was forced to pay for this transportation in addition to finding another shuttle so I could make it to the airport in enough time. Thank goodness I did because when I arrived 1 hour and 25 minutes early I only made it through with 10 minutes to spare before my gate closed! If I would have waited for the shuttle I would have missed my flight!

Driver of van #351 - I have never had such a horrible experience with any car service as I had with Supershuttle. I discovered that I somehow lost my ID & asked the driver to take me & my 10 yr. old daughter back to my house. I know this is not the driver's fault, but he was visibly upset telling me he has to charge more for the extra time, mileage (6 miles), gas & kept griping about. After we got back to our house, while I was searching for it at my house, I received a call from Supershuttle stating either the driver needed to take us to the airport right then or he needed to move on. So, I told the gentleman to tell the driver to move on. My daughter went out to retrieve our bag & the driver began to yell at her about wasting his time & that he wasn't going to get paid, etc. She tried to apologize to him, but his demeanor didn't change. He then followed her around the van still venting & angry to the point my daughter became very frightened & thought he was following her. She came into the house scared & crying, asking why the man was so mad at her & why he was so mean to her even after she told him she was sorry. It has affected her to the point she is still bringing it up & tears are welling up in her eyes almost 2 hours after this took place. I tried to call the gentleman who originally contacted me about the driver, but was left with an automated message that has 8 different departments to choose from, but none that would reach an actual person. I will NEVER use this service again. I will make sure everyone I know who uses car services hears about this experience. And, even though I've never written a bad review & have pretty much been against writing bad reviews, what happened to my daughter warrants such a review to be written on every site I know will reach the masses. Oh! And, I still have to pay full price for the service as if we had actually been taken to the airport.
Posted by E Hoops on 12 May 17 on GoogleI use SuperShuttle to and from DFW and DAL airports for most trips that I take for the past 4 years; sometimes 3-6 times per year. I find them reliable. For a shared service they do pick up others, so my trip to or from the airport may or may not be immediate after my pick up, but I am never late for my flight.
