This company canceled my trip back to the airport from central Baltimore to BWI, late in the day, and did not offer an alternative that would be possible to accept. They canceled arbitrarily despite the fact that I had booked and paid for a round trip, and that a confirmation for the return trip had been received via text. The reason given was that all the vans were in DC and no van was available in Baltimore. What kind of business practice is this? I was lucky that the airport is not far and a different company could be found to take me there. If this had been a longer or more remote trip, I could have missed a flight and been stranded. I will avoid Super Shuttle at all costs in the future! There had better be a refund immediately!!

Several days later when they were supposed to pick me up, nobody showed up. After quite a bit of time on the phone, I was told that it wasn’t worth it for them to send a ride, so they sent a cab for me. The cab driver claimed he called me and I didn’t respond so he left. The entire time I sat in valet and valet confirmed nobody had been looking for me. The shuttle representative told me my only option was a refund and I now had to find my way to the airport (and pay double what the shuttle had cost). I submitted a ticket on 9/18 to allow them to discuss with me, and as of 9/26 have not received any response. They just don’t seem to care about customer experiences.

However, my ride back to the airport a few days later was absolutely amazing. Thanks to my driver, Daniel!! He was friendly, helpful, and courteous! He made the ride back to the airport worthwhile :-) (give him tickets to the Aquarium, he deserves it!!!!)

Received my confirmation the day before my trip that my shuttle was scheduled to pick me up at such &abs such time. This made happy because everything was moving smoothly for my vacation trip. I get a call the day of my trip 2 hours before my pickup that my shuttle was cancelled. All the dispatcher and representative could tell me was your money will be refunded. No one seemed to understand or show any remorse to the fact that u was stranded with no way to the airport. This was the first and that last time i will ever use super shuttle. Uber and lyft are more reliable. If i could give them ZERO STARS i would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

On my return trip I had to wait over an hour for the driver and I had a prepaid reservation to be picked up. They charged the gratuity up front If your time is valuable don't use this service. Spend the extra few dollars to get reliable service.

Posted by M LEE on 15 August 19 on GoogleSuper Shuttle has made some much needed improvements in their coordination of services. They follow through to the end with your reservation that was made. They inform drivers of who you are and inform you of your driver’s name, which is appropriate. They also give you a reservation ticket receipt which also indicates to the passenger that all pertinent information is correct. I was pleased with my ride today.

The driver chose a route much longer than the route we normally us. We received a text alert that the driver had arrived when he was no where in sight. We almost missed our flight and were too late to check baggage. We had to trash about $100 in liquids that we were not able to check. So disappointed.

Van NEVER showed up and Utah dispatch would not pick up their phone ... we tried for an entire hour! Do Not use this company!

They notified us 2hrs before (@1:56am) but I was soundly sleeping at that hour and did not get the notice in time. By the time I read the text, the driver was 5min away! It turned out fine though and I rather him be early than late!!!😉

The woman was confused about who and how much she had to tip the gentleman who brought her from the plane, to baggage claim and then to the Super Shuttle area. The customer stated loudly that she didn't have money to tip everyone. The women at the desk berated her and told her she was rolled down to the shuttle area so she shouldn't complain about tipping. Admittedly the customer was loud but she was also concerned about costs and having enough for the ride. Clearly the customer was confused and maybe not operating at 100% at the time. I actually tipped the guy for her.The women behind were very rude and demeaning and could benefit from customer care and service training. Because of the bad treatment of the other customer, I hired a much more expensive car service instead of using Super Shuttle for the return trip. I will not be using them again. I kept thinking about that being a loved one of mind and the kind of horrible treatment they would have received. Empathy goes a long way. Zero stars!!!!!!!!
