Terrible experience. For starters, when we arrived at Newark we were told that we had to pay for tolls which we were not expecting. We had pre-booked and prepaid for service. The attitude was like they were not going to call of our shuttle. Vans were a mess, dirty, broken seat belts, etc. After all of the confusion with the pick-up, driver was nice and polite. But were told several different amounts for tolls. Return was TERRIBLE. Driver was rude, not sure why he even showed up to work that day. He was mad because he didn't know he had to drive us "All the Way" to Newark. Engine light, tire pressure light and low fuel light were all on, so we were nervous we weren't going to make it. He blasted the radio so we couldn't hear each other. When we got to Newark Airport, we told he we were flying via Spirit Airlines, we literally dropped us off at the beginning on the terminal on the wrong level and told us he didn't know where Spirit was, we needed to go in and ask for directions. He also wanted money for tolls. Told us $15.00, then $20.00, the first driver told us $25.00. I would really like to know how much the tolls were???? Also the dispatchers that you call for assistance are rude, and not very helpful at all. I felt like I was scammed and will be reporting this company to the NY and NJ Port Authority.
