Travel to downtown Dallas for $19 One-way

No stars, dangerous drivers. Almost caused a massive wreck attempting to cross 4 lanes to do a u-turn. Accept you've missed your turn, go down the road and come back. Don't hire people that got a driver's license out of a cracker jack box.

Wouldn't transport a dog in a Yellow Checker Shuttle. Filthy vehicle. Music too loud. Overpowering stench of maijuana. Driver barely understood English and was taking us to Dallas before we could make him understand that the address was in Ft Worth. Charged us a lot extra for our involuntary detour. Was feeling nauseated upon arrival due to the over-loud music, bad smell and erratic driving.

It leaves on the half hour every hour, I showed up and it was time to leave but he wanted to wait for more people 1:30 mins later we left and made it to the hotel very late. Man was rude and horrible at driving would NEVER ride again.

Agents are rude and unprofessional. I waited for them about an hour. I called back and the agent told me I canceled and hung up on me. Wish I could give -5,000 stars. Don't use this company!

I had this company scheduled to pick me up from the hotel as well as take me back to it. They were late picking me up and, after ~15 minutes on hold, they told me I was at the wrong place. I went to where they told me and, again, no one was there. Called again with another lengthy hold time and they said they would send a car from another company. He showed up and I got to my hotel. This morning I had a 7:15 am pickup time. No one was there to pick me up. I called and was on hold for ~10 minutes. They said the shuttle was on its way. It did not show up and I called again.another long hold time and they said they would send a taxi. The taxi was taking forever as well and by this time the shuttle finally turns up. So I get in with them, one hour after my scheduled pickup time. I would never recommend this company to anyone traveling to Dallas.

Couldn't get on van outside my baggage claim area, then was told by the phone service rep who was extremely rude I had to go to the other side of the airport for pick-up only to find out the 2 options to get to this pick-up area were paying a taxi or taking a bus. Then a van driver jumps out and yells at me that he had been waiting for me the whole time...my word!!! Wish had not prepaid!!!
