Don't rely on them! We booked pickup for December 31st months in advance knowing we were leaving New years eve. They called earlier that day to ask if 15 min later would be ok. I said yes but that would make it a tighter schedule for us. So when 20 MINUTES LATE AND THE TEXT TO TRACK MY RIDE COULDN'T LOCATE IT, I TRIED CALLING . VOICE MAIL. THEY NEVER SHOWED. WE LITERALLY MADE OUR PLANE WITH 2 MINUTES TO BOARD. Only because our hotel clerk worked so hard to find us a ride.

The night before pick up I received a confirmation email about our reservation details and everything was good to go! We landed, grabbed our luggage and waited for more than 30 minutes for our shuttle to pick us up. No one is in the office late at night so we couldn't get an answer to if they were on their way. FINALLY a Speedi shuttle showed only to find out they weren't there for us and he was the ONLY driver that night. We ended up getting a taxi. Do NOT use this company. Terrible customer service. So disappointed.

When we went to the pick up area and met the driver (J) he was headed to the south island. We WERE on his list however it was noted as pick up by Uber or taxi. He said that they would reimburse us for the expense next day. After finding a taxi we started to load our luggage. When just about done, another Speedishuttle pulled up and said there were here to pick us up. We thanked the taxi driver with tip and re-loaded the Speedishuttle. The woman driver was very chatty and definitely entertaining. She noted that Uber didn't run in the evenings.

After quoting me and putting me on hold for 10 minutes, I was disconnected. After calling back, no one picked up the phone and I could not confirm a booking.

When I left my reusable water bottle (i take it with me everywhere and have stickers from many adventures) i figured it was a goner. Then I got a call from my driver and she said she was on her way back to the airport on another drop off and was going to try to bring my bottle back to me. Long story short, after asking a few different agencies and finally the airline customer service, she was able to get it back to me. I even told her if it was too big of a hassle not to worry about it but she went above and beyond and I cant thank her enough. Thank you again, Eleanor!

My original reservations was for 2 sprinter vans to accommodate my group size. 48 hours before my group changed and I would no longer need 2 vans, just 1, which was well within the 24 hour cancellation policy. I was told that the original sales rep quoted the wrong price and they would not be able to honor the mistake. I was therefore, charged the full amount because that was the pre-authorization I submitted. The wording on the e-mail is indicative of the cost for 2 vans round trip, but when they arrived they said that 2 vans is considered 2 one-way transports. So, they were implying that should I have used the service for the original amount in the party it would have been double what I authorized. Not good business practice, in my opinion. Unfortunately, by the time they clarified this for me is was less than 24 hours before we needed the actual shuttle, leaving us no other option, but to use their service.

Do not recommend unless you want to be waiting at airport or as they suggest “take a taxi instead if you don’t want to wait”.
Posted by Panmei Chen on 23 November 18 on GoogleI have mixed feelings about this service. We (3 people total) took it from the airport to Princeville about arrival in Kauai. It was super prompt and the driver was kind and welcoming. No problems. I called into the customer service when I booked this to make sure that we could get picked up easily from the location we wrote down at 5:15am. They said it wouldn’t be a problem. We got there early (5am) like the email said and ended up waiting until 5:45 to get picked up. Apparently the shuttle couldn’t find our address. However we found the place no problem with the address provided and we weren’t from there so I don’t see why it wasn’t working for them. There was also no possible way to contact the driver or customer service at that time. We saw the van drive by many times and tried to flag it down but it wasn’t seeing us. All this to say they should have a better system for these types of situation. Once we were picked up they passed the blame only on us, which wasn’t good customer service especially since I called beforehand to make sure this situation was ok. I read reviews like this and was hesitant to book because of it. My advice would be to take it from the airport but don’t waste your time waiting to get picked up to the airport. And don’t expect customer service to treat you kindly.
