Posted by Lichen Ni on 08 October 19 on GoogleWe've used Shuttle Express many time over the years. They re always 100% reliable. We usually travel internationally and arriving late would be a disaster. But there's never a moment of worry with Shuttle Express. Yesterday They sent and ADA Accessible Van for me. We flew domestic and the ADA Van picked us up outside baggage claim in my wheel chair. Everyone I dealt with was wonderful. That made a bad situation much easier because I didn't have to worry about getting home when I was pretty fragile 2 days post surgery. Highly recommended!
Posted by billytheweasel . on 28 September 19 on GoogleI don't usually have an issue with Shuttle Express but a recent incident regarding my mother did not sit well with me. I had booked my mother for an early evening flight out of Paine Field in Everett, WA on Alaska Airlines for 9/18. When I booked a pick up for her at her residence, I was told by the Shuttle Express rep that they don't do Ride-Share to Paine Field but I could book a town car which I did. Please note that I booked this pickup by phone because you can't book a ride share online to Paine field. Unfortunately, according to my mother, the driver seem very unfamiliar with how to get to Everett. In fact, he tried to dissuade my mother from going to Everett because he was frustrated with the heavy traffic. Furthermore, he asked my mom why she needed to take this trip and why did she choose to take the flight out of Everett. My mother tried to explain that she needed to arrive in San Diego at a certain time so she could be picked up by relatives and this was the flight that she needed to take. He then tried to drop my mom off well away from the airport terminal because of some "claim about security that prohibited him from dropping her off at the terminal itself. Please note that my mother has some issues walking long distances plus she had luggage with her. However, she was able to persuade the driver to drop her close by. What angers me is why the driver even inquired to begin with about the flight details and my mother's intentions, it is none of his business! Also, if Shuttle Express sent out an ill trained driver who is unfamiliar then it is on them. Either way, this will affect my decision to use their service again in the future, especially for any of my close family or relatives. Thankfully, I had actually booked the pickup time earlier than what the Shuttle Express rep had recommended, otherwise, she could have been late to her flight. My only other regret besides booking this pickup is that I prepaid the tip! Update: I would like to thank Cynthia and the dispatch team from Shuttle Express for addressing the issue regarding the incident with my mother. I especially appreciate the concern and prompt response to this incident as well as the level of professionalism displayed by Cynthia. For that, I updated the review from 1 to 3 stars.
Posted by Mike Elworth on 22 September 19 on GoogleMy driver missed my house by a few then asked me for directions back to the freeway, yet he had a GPS maybe he didn't know how to use it. Teach them! Other than that it was fine, nice car on time.I will use you again but GPS is a must.
Posted by Daniel Pratt on 16 September 19 on GoogleThis is the first time that I have used the Shuttle Express. I was very impressed! The drivers are very courteous, friendly, very professional in looks and respect of riders. Their driving was also note worthy. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to use your service again. This also includes the people that I spoke with over the phone also. Thank you again for a very pleasant experience.
Posted by Barb Kriske on 13 September 19 on GoogleI always make reservations well in advance of my travel and I pre-pay for my shuttle express transportation. I have been a loyal shuttle express customer for ten years however in the last five years I have used them 15 times for 20 people. Today they made me wait two hours past my reserved time to inform me that they could not fulfill the obligation they had made.
Posted by Karen Conaway on 06 September 19 on GoogleI have used Shuttle Express over the years many many times. Always been acceptable service, pretty much. This review is not for the service as I haven't taken my trip yet but it IS for the cost! The price of Shuttle Express has more than doubled! It used to be $30 one way or $60 round trip from Everett to SeaTac. Today, the cost is $64 each way!!!!! When I called to inquire whether they have either a Senior discount or a Boeing discount I asked about this much higher fare. I was told that they have added to their fleet, better service, etc. PLUS the time of year (I am not leaving until October, however), meaning summer, the price went up this year. Thank God they give certain discounts because even a little bit helps. I will be rethinking using Shuttle Express after this (the lady on the phone with me was very kind and helpful however).

Posted by MH H on 30 August 19 on GoogleWorked OK going to the airport, although the AC didn't work and it was really hot (90 in Seattle!). Then on the way back spent 50 minutes waiting for a cramped van to drive all around the Puget Sound area. Getting an Uber XL next time for only about $15 more and 1/4 the time.
Posted by Andy Gerlicher on 21 August 19 on GoogleI travelled to Seattle with my sons on vacation. The shuttle was easy to find and the staff assisting me were friendly and helpful. Our wait time was reasonable and out driver was wonderful. However, my son’s prescription eyeglasses fell out of his pocket in the shuttle, we think. Trying to recover them through their lost and found procedures was impossible. I never was able to contact them effectively despite several email exchanges and a phone number which was provided as a lost and found number. I gave up. Not sure what my expectation was, but I was disappointed that I couldn’t ever even reach anyone to try and recover them.
Posted by Susan Teggatz on 31 July 19 on GoogleI am so disappointed. I have used Shuttle Express, both for personal and business, for over 15 years. They have always been on time, polite, never had a problem. Now, after 15 years I'm told they no longer support retired military vets discounts. Having served my country over 20 years I felt the concession was a wonderful gesture, only to find I apparently no longer count. Why should I continue to support a business that no longer supports me as a vet.

Posted by Shelley on 30 July 19 on GoogleI've used shuttle express for as long as I can remember. I had good experience with them in the past because the drivers were always on time. I used shuttle express again but this time the driver did not arrive on time and I tried to called the company and no one picked up. I had a plane to catch so I called a nearby Taxi company. Shuttle express showed up just about the same time the Taxi showed and I felt bad for having to cancel the Taxi services because I already paid shuttle express when I booked my reservation online and didn't want to lose my money. It would have been nice if someone could notify me about the delay, so I didn't have to panic. The driver on the other hand was very nice and helped with resolved the issue with the Taxi company. In summary, the driver service is 10/10, but service in general as a company is only 2 starts. If I could be notified, then I would give it 5 stars.
Posted by J Ga on 22 July 19 on GoogleIf you have never been to Seattle airport. Ask how to find the shuttle. Otherwise you won't find the pickup location. Calling only tells you to go to parking garage and blue benches. But there are plenty of other spots with blue benches (useless). Uber , looks crazy. If I have to come back, I am taking a cab and be done with it. The cost saving is not worth the headache.
Posted by Scott Burns on 15 July 19 on GoogleI use them do my airport needs 3 year's and always friendly service.
Posted by Hector Quinones on 05 July 19 on GoogleExcellent service. Both drivers that I dealt with were prompt and on time. The drivers were courteous, friendly, and made good conversation. Both vehicles that we were picked up in were clean, comfortable, and we were provided with the water. I would highly recommend this service.
Posted by Efren M on 02 July 19 on GoogleI waited 45 minutes and was told they still did not have a driver. Had booked reservation two weeks in advance and explained; I had to be at destination by a certain time 230 pm. With and arriving flight of 1105 am. At 1230 pm, I asked and received a credit back to my account. Terrible way to run a business. Desk people polite but this was unbelievable!. I hailed a taxi. If I could rate them NO STARS, I would. Talked to another passenger that was stranded also, the company changed hands.
Posted by Catherine Schuyler on 29 June 19 on GoogleTo all my military brothers and sisters, do not use the Shuttle Express, their customer service is zero and management is zero. I ordered a driver and the driver never made contact with the customer. The customer called the driver and explained that they were stuck on the plane due to mechanical issues for an hour and the driver told the customer that another driver would come. The driver never showed, contacted the office the rude customer representatives (CAROL), first she hung up on my call and I called back and the other representative was less than zero. If you reserve a ride with them, and you aren't there because of no fault of your own, you have lost your money. They need to be put out of business because for perpetrating like they are a customer service establishment.
Posted by Jean Johnson on 24 June 19 on GoogleI wish I could give them 0 but to write a review I have to put 1. Firstly, they told us 10-15 minutes to get a shuttle. Then they told us they’re assigning a driver to us. Then we waited over an hour to get a car. Secondly, we asked for a number to call and they gave us a fax number. Not a real number. When we told them they gave us a fake number, they said “oh sorry” and gave us a different number. Eventually after complaint after complaint they finally called in a driver for us.
Posted by jessjess170 on 31 May 19 on GoogleI have come to expect a certain level of customer service, and this company failed in every aspect. I booked a private SUV to carry my family from the airport to our hotel. We were supposed to be met at baggage claim. When we were not met at baggage claim, I called their customer service number, waited over 10 minutes, and was then told to go find a shared ride booth to get a shared ride to our hotel. I found their booth in the parking garage. I then spoke with a customer service agent that tried to tell me my reservation was booked for the day before even though I had my confirmation email and showed it to him. So, then, we had to wait for a driver who instead of greeting us kindly said “let’s go.” Considering I had already paid and prepaid my tip, I expected at least an apology and a driver who would make up in his own customer service what had been lacking. I will never use them again.
Posted by Amber James on 25 May 19 on GoogleThere are absolutely no directions on how to get to their check-in site. I walked all over the parking garage and finally spotted a Shuttle Express van. I asked the driver where to go and he pointed to my right while saying “go right”(I verified “right” and pointed, he said yes)”. I did go right and finally reached a dead end. I turned around and started walking and spotted him again. He argued with me about which way was “right”. Then he sighed and got out of the van and took me to the left, sighing off and on. You need signage! I booked online and there were no instructions. Gonna cancel my round trip and use someone else in the future. 💰☹️
Posted by Kim Emig on 15 May 19 on GoogleShuttle express told me that they would pick me up at 6:30am to take me to the airport. I waited 15 no call and no show. I had to take Uber. I finally got a call from shuttle express 30 minutes later saying that they were at my home. If they would have called me I would have understood. I give shuttle express an F.
