Terrible service. Terrible customer service. My colleague paid $60 for a round trip ($16 more than the normal fare). Got to the counter, only showed one way. They would not refund him or give him the return until an hour later of haggling on the phone. He had a receipt and a confirmation number. No help whatsoever. The so called manager was a complete waste of time. Don’t waste your time by booking online, just book at the desk at the airport. The ladies there were terrific.

After multiple phone calls the shuttle finally showed up at 9:45. Driver said other passengers took priority. I would advise using Uber or another service. Very rude and condescending.

For an airport pickup at 5 am, I was left stranded until 5.45 after which I’ve had to find another way to get to the airport. Pathetic. First they were late for a 5 am pickup. I called at 5.10 am and was told that it would be a few more minutes and I should wait in the lobby of my hotel (HI New Orleans). About 15 minutes later they call the hotel asking me to come to a corner. The receptionist confirms the location and the representative on the phone gives the wrong location. The driver was apparently on the other corner and I was left standing for 20 minutes for a no show while trying to call the company and being put on hold. No system to coordinate with the driver or communicate even though they have my contact details. Eventually I’m told I will have to find my way to the airport myself and that this is non refundable. Their counters at the airport are unattended and they are simply refusing to take my calls now. Don’t even have the courtesy or professionalism to communicate their screw ups properly. The agent refuses to take my calls and is hanging up on me. Don’t go into a customer oriented business if you can’t keep up with basic service or train your staff in basic courtesy or professionalism.

For those staying at the New Orleans Marriott, note that while the text instructions is to wait at the entrance of the hotel, they actually pick you up at the parking area of the hotel. Many thanks to the Security Guard at the New Orleans Marriott to give me that information. Sure enough, the Airport Shuttle meets me in the parking area. The early morning instructions were simply generic except that those instructions really didn't apply to this specific hotel.

I was leaving the next morning on very early flight which I had a full on conversation with the agent about. She was very friendly, a bit distracted by a cell phone which interrupted the conversation/transaction. The confirmation text she said she sent to my phone never arrived and she ended up printing me paper tickets. I put them in my bag and went on my way, my fault for not inspecting the return ticket. My pick up was scheduled for 3:30am and as I waited and the time passed, I checked my ticket and noticed she booked the wrong date! By the time I saw the error it was too late to try to call so I had to get $30 uber instead. My roundtrip airport experience ended up costing me $74! When I called to cancel the pick up, the agent had no desire to hear my story. No refunds or exchanges is a total scam and I will never use them again! Judging by the other similar reviews, it's a wonder they are still in business.

We decided to check out the shuttle. For $88 they took us to our hotel and said they would pick us up. They asked what time our departing flight is and told us exactly when they would be there to pick us up. Told us to be outside 5 minutes beforehand and we were there they arrived right on time and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Would definitely use again.

The return trip at 4:55am from the 555 Marriot was the issue. I arrived at the pick up location 10 minutes before the scheduled time and waited. 2 minutes after the scheduled time I called to verify I am standing in the correct location (the garage). I was. 15minutes after the scheduled time I called again and spoke to the same pleasant lady (no sarcasm). Apparently the driver listed me as a no show. Fortunately she was able to get another driver to pick me up, now at the front of the building. Hopefully l will make my 8am flight. That driver should be investigated for similar complaints or frequency of “no shows”, and airport shuttle should try to have a consistent drop off and pick up location.

I was told that a refund would be credited to my card in two to four weeks. Well, three months later, no refund. I called several times to correct the issue with little to no help. They said it was because they changed systems and my reservation was in the older system. Horrible customer service. I was told they would call me back with an update. Well, don't bother to wait on them. They will just push you off and take your money. I'll use an Uber or Lyft from now on. It's only slightly more and more convenient.

My online ticket got passed around while i stood at the airport and none of the agents knew what to do. But the worst part is that I cancelled my return shuttle 4 days before pick up and never got a refund. When I called on both occasions the agent shut the phone on me. I find it remarkable that they are still in business.

I boughy ticket at 3 34 it's now 4 20 I'm still in line at the airport waiting for the shuttle bus. Guy here said he had no clue why the shuttle is late. He is not in touch with the drivers. Really No cell phones?? Amazing bad service. Please do not keep them in business. Wish I could give them zero Star.

Upon arrival to New Orleans, with eticket on phone, driver claimed our reservation did not exist. I received three different confirmation numbers for trip to hotel from airport. I believe they sent a driver to transport us to an alternate Marriiott Hotel at my expense. I spent most of the ride to hotel trying to clear up mistakes on their end. They stated a new system is in place . They told me they would call me to confirm the reservation prior to return trip to airport. They did not call to confirm our reservation. I requested a refund if there would be any issue with our reservation for return trip to airport. I called them and was informed my reservation was booked for return trip to airport. We boarded the shuttle bus and traveled as far as Canal Street and Bourbon Street. I spoke with driver requesting me to leave bus, and was informed if I wanted to ride, I needed to pay fare again. I refused to pay again and was compelled to walk with my luggage to my hotel and request alternative transportation to airport. I feel employees and management are incompetent. I would not recommend Airport Shuttle New Orleans to anyone.

Our pickup time at the hotel was 12.15pm. We waited outside at 11.55 and waited for 40 minutes until I called the service center. They told me that we missed the shuttle. Apparently it was at the hotel at 12.16pm. That's simply not true as we never left the front entrance and have staff members outside as witnesses as well as a camera from to hotel pointed towards the street. Lady at the phone simply told me, they have GPS data to prove it. They were never there. No refund, nothing. Worst service ever. Never again!

I called 15 minutes later and was told 5 minutes. I called again 10 minutes later and was told that the driver had went to the hotel and there was nobody outside. Hold up I have been standing in this same spot for almost and hour. He is on the way. I called back they said number 19 is coming nothing. I called back and was put on hold. I called back and was told they were coming. Finally arrived at 4pm now driving like a bat out of hell because some people are going to be late for their flight. This is some garbage. Uber and save yourself the headache. The worst...

Management claimed he fixed it at the airport did not. Started my daughter 21st birthday wrong and was the last ones to end it wrong. I still have to pay to uber 5 people to the airport. After I had paid for a round trip. I emailed Manager Sunday its Monday afternoon no call no reply.

I was told to get one of these shuttles (it’s my first time in New Orleans) and I wasted about an hour or so standing in line, arguing with a rude employee at the bus stop, and standing in line again. I called for a refund and was told I would get one. Time will tell, I suppose.

The supervisor was very rude and was threatening to hang up on me because I was trying to talk to them calmly but firm. They said they'd come at 7:50am to pick me up we're 10 min late and then said they said the pick up time was 7:55. If you say you will arrive at a specific time honor that time.
